Great pizza joint. Wish one was close to me!
You have a single person taking orders, making food, serving and cleaning! How is this right? One employee to do it all!! She did incredible, our food was made with care and she was very forward and apologetic for being the only person. Do better!
They only had one person working and two groups ahead of us. We were told that it would be an wait before we got our food so we left
Pizza King in Brookville is well-regarded for their delicious pizza and exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have shown great care in addressing any mistakes. For instance, when a delivery issue arose, they quickly returned with new, freshly made pizzas that were incredibly tasty. Manager Sophia is also praised for her understanding and respectful approach. Customers have noted that when they request extra sauce, the staff confirms the amount added to ensure satisfaction. Many find the pizza to always be delicious, with one customer even traveling from Cincinnati to enjoy it. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been a few instances where the pizza was not hot upon delivery, so it is recommended to notify them if this occurs. Overall, Pizza King is highly recommended for their tasty pizza and attentive service. Limited parking is available.
