Love how the drive-thru mimics Chick-fil-A the line may be long by guarantee you it won't take you long to get your drink. Every drink I've had has been very very good and the people are very very nice

I have been a customer since opening day. I was told by a 7brew manager I'd have to show ID to get a free birthday drink.....the girl said let me ask my manager so I don't get into trouble....she came back an said no I have to have my profile up to date. I explained I'd done that she said it takes 7 days before I am able to get a free drink. Also while 4 cars were in line waiting to place orders there was at 6 ppl in the building doing nothing but talking to each other. Since the new system I've lost 4 free drinks i had saved....called to talk with the manager an nobody has returned my call!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! Absolutely horrible!. Their lucky they even got 1 star review
The person taking orders this morning was extremely rude. She put my drink order in wrong then when i said it was wrong she said āfigures, apparently this is supposed to have carmel drizzleā. Also realized they didnāt make my drink correctly after i left. I asked for banana bread blondie and i ended up with a plain blondie and shitty experience. Used to love this location came here specifically because the coffee is always so much better than by my house. Well bad choice and a waste of time today. This is my fourth visit to a 7brew at three different locations since the system changed and Iāve had four drinks now that were made wrong. Good thing I donāt mind throwing away $20 in disappointing coffeeā¦ šš
