Just went to Circle City Kolache this morning for their grand opening, best Kolaches I've ever had! If you haven't had one before or want to compare with previous experiences you have to give these a try! They are inside the Ritters

Circle City Kolache offers next-level kolaches that are handmade in store, super fresh, and clearly homemade. The round dough balls are roughly baseball-sized, smaller than a burger but bigger than a slider, similar to a jelly donut. They have a huge selection of both savory and fruit flavors, including sausage egg and cheese, spicy polish sausage, sausage gravy, cherry, strawberry, cream cheese, jalapeño popper, and buffalo chicken. Priced at about four dollars apiece, they are a little pricey but well worth it—better than Kolache Factory, with softer, more flavorful dough. The atmosphere is very nice, clean, and welcoming, with great service and an extremely friendly owner. Located inside the Ritters strip (slightly confusing signage, but Google helps), they offer a deal: buy 12 kolaches, get one free. Customers recommend them hands down and say the staff provides some of the best customer service experienced in a long time.
