Hash browns cold, toast on sandwich cold.
One guy who was working his butt off alone in kitchen.
Maybe corporate should allow more workers.
It was like yesterday’s food warmed in a microwave. Yet still cold.
Just received a dozen donuts that were mostly wrong. I tried to ask for correct donuts and the employee argued with me. She never once was polite or tried to make it right. I just wanted the correct donuts. I told her to just forget it and I took the donuts anyway. I wish I didn’t because after picking one up I discovered they are all hard and not acceptable for eating. We had to pay for a second meal elsewhere this morning and it was frustrating.
Absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service.
Today will be the last time i go here until it is under new management.
Too lazy to make the only thing that’s on the menu that i come for (snackin bacon)
They lie and just tell you they are sold out.
whereas, the last time i went through, and was lied to about being sold out, we literally called 10 minutes later, spoke to another individual and ordered it over the phone.
