“I went to Hummus Republic for the first time tonight!!! OMGosh…it was amazing!! Starting right when I walked in I told them I was a newbie and my server walked me thru the menu from start to finish! Made great suggestions and offered a couple taste testing and sent me home with a fantastic Bowl meal plus so filling I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!! “This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise, you are a GREAT addition to the area❣“
