Placed a mobile order and when we showed up the doors were locked due to being “short staffed.” We were on a walk so we couldn’t go through the drive thru and even if we wanted they were ignoring them. We called multiple times and stood outside and they purposely ignored the calls and us. They walked to the back so we couldn’t see them anymore. Just ordered lunch thru Grubhub and got 3/5 of my order. Disappointing. Ordered a sandwich, chill, med fries, small fries and a frosty. Got the first three items but not the last 2. The small fries is probably the restaurant’s fault - should have been in the bag. The frosty could be either restaurant or Grubhub. Didn’t Wendy’s didn’t prepare it, driver didn’t pick it up, or driver decided to have a frosty on me. Oh, and the sandwich had all the fixings although I...read full review
