“Absolutely loved it! The ribs were tender, my bf loved the chicken bombs, my daughter got the armadillo burger... That was pretty hot for her. They leave the seeds in the jalapeno slices, but she loved it minus the intense heat. Billy had the tators and green beans and really liked them as well.Seth Gump is a wonderful man. He's an avid motorcycle rider, as are we. He holds a lot of fundraisers, bike rides, he caters quite often as well.We enjoy BBQ and smoke a lot of meat at home, and gumps BBQ hits close to home.The workers were wonderful when we were there & the place was very clean. “I’m so glad Fat Pig Smokehouse has come to Hicksville. We have had an empty spot since the latest owner drove Dairy D into the ground. Fat Pig serves uh-mazing smoked meats at a great price. One of the first times we ordered food they were out of sides and we ordered the loaded potato. Fyi- it’s not a side it’s a huge potato stuffed with meat, cheese, sour cream you name it! The gentlemen gave us two since he was out of the sides we wanted. Very impressed. Great food. Great customer service. Great family.💯🫶“
