“We had Mission BBQ cater our wedding and they did absolutely amazing! The whole staff were the absolute sweetest people and we are so grateful to have them be a part of our special day! The food was amazing, we had so many compliments from guests. There was only one hiccup that was not their fault and they handled it so well. They truly care about what they do. Our only regret is we did not have cash on us to tip them more than we planned! We will be life long supporters. Thank you Mission BBQ team 💕“

“Me and my brother went here to try the food and see if it would be a good blace to bring our father for his birthday. We decided it would be perfect, the cashier Shemar was very friendly and patient as we had no idea what we wanted to order, but he didn't rush us at all. This was our first time so we had lots of questions which he was willing to answer and even gave us suggestions. Since it was late they were out of alot of food but what we got tasted exceptional, everything was cooked fresh and was very flavorful. I tried their corn pudding as I never had it before and it was perfect. The hushpuppies were amazing, I've only had them at Long John Silver's and this beats it by a long shot. They were fresh and very flavorful, you could taste every flavor and none were too overpowering. I will definitely return here in the future and actually have a few people I would like to bring. We actually atayed past close without realizing and we were not rushed, the staff cleaned as we enjoyed our food and didn't rush us, although we did wrap it up once we realized the time. (I gave 4 stars for the food only because they were out of stock of alot of options, everything tasted amazing though.) (-1 star for the automated response.)“

“Where to begin here… this place is nothing short of amazing.

We came here a month ago to try their half rack, coleslaw and mac and cheese to see how they sized up with some other cities establishments. We can say they delivered in several ways:

The rub and their traditional barbecue sauce were fantastic with flavors that weren’t overpowering the meat, harmonizing in ways only a few places can. The meat was extremely tender, fell off the bone with little effort and extremely juicy.

The coleslaw was a good mayo based coleslaw with great sized cuts. The mac and cheese was okay but it did a great job adding smoky flavors to the overall theme of the dish.

Their sauce variety was fantastic. We strongly recommend the raspberry chipotle vinaigrette if you prefer a good vinegar base sauce!“

“Food was delicious and arrived quickly. Great waitress and support staff and clean, well decorated vintage diner atmosphere. Our party tried the beer queso,cinnamon dough puffs, breaded tenderloin, French Dip, and Porky Mac and would recommend them all.“

I realize that it's a little pricey but please remember that they are not a big business they're not going to have access to cheaper prices for their products so I understand why their price points are where they are but the food tastes amazing! But this place....I'm such a foodie and a critic because I can make the same if not better. It's just nice to grab a quick bite after 80+ hrs of work a week. “I tried Shigs in Pit for the first time today and Wow were the ribs ever delicious. They were like country style ribs and literally so tender and moist they truly melted in your mouth. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for ribs from now on. Excellent!!! Maplecrest location.“

“My church had NSH to cater our Pastor Annv and the food was delicious. We had fried chicken wings, Mac n cheese and yams and everything was very good. What surprised and pleased me was the sweet potato was fresh, not can. So many would have taken the short cut and used can sweet potatoes. We will definitely use them for events at the church from now on. The atmosphere rating is based on their corporation and how profession they were. Ty NSH“

“I ate lunch here today, food was good. Men’s restroom was terrible, urine all around urinal floor! The whole bathroom floor was disgusting! Didn’t look like it had seen a mop in a week! Might have to leave my shoes outside tonight ! C’mon you can do better than this! Totally unacceptable!!!“
