Not the best BBQ I've ever had but it wasn't bad. The beer was pretty good but the stuffed jalapenos were absolutely amazing. I will definitely go back to drink and eat Jalapenos l.
Had the brisket and sausage. Brisket was ok, alittle dry and was not tender enough to pull away on its own. Sausage was good. Had a side of Mac and cheese. Not really creamy. The cucumber salad was light and pretty good with a quick brine.Overall really clean and organized. Nice staff.

Had Shigs in Pit a few times now. Usually take out. I love bbq type food, especially ribs!!! And their ribs I find to be just amazing!! I love how they come off the bone so easily, soft and tender, not all chewy like. Flavor is amazing as well. Also love the fries, Mac and cheese and the shredded chicken and pork. No sauce necessary for me, lol. We also use the bbq rub and bbq sauce A LOT at home while cooking. Needless to say....we ❤️ it!!!
