They removed the barriers that were installed when Covid hit and opened up the counter area again. Plus moved some of the furniture around to create more social gathering spots. “I just had my first visit to Bru Burger Bar in Fort Wayne, and it was fantastic! They welcomed me right away super kind and professional. The menu had plenty of great options, but I went with “The Beginning,” a classic burger. It was cooked perfectly, super tasty, and even the fries were awesome. Their house sauce was sweet and delicious it was a nice bonus. The place itself is stylish, with funky designs on the walls, and the whole staff was on point/attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. I never had to ask for a thing! “I’m a Detroiter who happened to wonder in just before closing. My wife and I were looking for a beer after a long day. What a gem! Cody was awesome and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. Their Dark Necessity Beer is now in my top 5 all time beers!!!! Wow is all I can say. My wife loved their stouts as well. Cool place, great vibes, amazing beer. Today, home in Connecticut I was just picked up by an Uber driver, we were chatting and she said she just moved here from Fort Wayne to care for her parents, when I mentioned the restaurant she said she's been there many times, the food is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the neighborhood is incredible!!! “Stopped by LongHorn Steakhouse and decided to try the pork chops with broccoli and rice. Let me just say… the pork chops were absolutely delicious. Tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The broccoli was fresh, and the rice paired perfectly with the meal.

Overall, I’d give the food a solid 10/10. The only small thing I’d mention is that everything was just a tad bit salty for my taste. Not enough to ruin the meal by any means, but noticeable enough to mention.

Other than that, I cleaned my plate and left full and happy. Great portions, great flavor, and definitely a meal I’d order again. If you’re on the fence about the pork chops, go ahead and get them just remove some of the Parmesan topping —you won’t be disappointed.“
