“Stopped for lunch today. My Boyfriend and I shared the green goddess salad, crab hush puppies, and the chicken sandwich. Aside from the decor being lovely and the bar/restaurant being super clean, the food and service was spectacular! Lily, our server, was extraordinarily polite and helpful with our questions. She was kind enough to ask the kitchen to split our order ahead of time which was much appreciated. The green goddess salad and chicken sandwich were amongst the best we have ever had. Looking forward to checking out their brunch while we are in town.“

“I had received quite a few recommendations from people to give Tolon a try. It was quite easy to set up a reservation through the Resy app and arrived to celebrate a birthday. The host was very kind and lead us to our table and we were quickly asked for drinks or appetizers. The atmosphere is nice and dark and has moderate noise but its quite easy to have a conversation. We ordered the ribeye, the deviled eggs, and the duck fat frites. Everything was very well cooked and all the flavors were amazing. They do have very interesting art work on the walls and interestingly it does a great job of adding to the atmosphere.

The staff were great and came over to check on us but it wasnt frequent enough that it was intruding. We did not get any drinks but they did look very good. Everything is also plated very well and it kind of looked like dishes on cooking competition shows so if presentation is important than this would definitely be a great place to check out.

I would definitely be going back and if you are interested in eating farm to table ingredients with awesome flavors I would encourage you to give it a try. Its worth it.“

“The reviews are absolutely correct about Kim Vu Vietnamese Cuisine in Ft Wayne! The restaurant is impeccably clean, staff is friendly and speedy, and the food is authentic, fresh, and on-point. I had a spring roll with peanut sauce (super fresh/crisp and the sauce was amazing), crab rangoon (hot, crisp, and excellent filling), and the Hue Traditional Noodle Soup (#10). I decided to try the lobster tail this time and when I was driving home I felt extremely sick to my stomach. I ended up very sick for two days! I'm not certain but I think the lobster was bad. The sauce tasted like it came out of a ravioli can. I can’t imagine serving that sauce. Another customer overheard our conversation and they both stated that they stopped eating the pizza because of the poor quality of the sauce. Highly disappointed“

I am glad this was the recommendation because I tried the local pork tenderloin sandwich with a side of really great coleslaw and had a really great chat with my friend. I managed to park in the back, but it seemed like parking could be a little bit difficult in the area. We also decided to head out when trivia night was starting as it was getting a bit loud and crowded. However, we could have enjoyed the patio!“

Ordered the moussaka and soup w Greek salad. Was soooo delicious. Way too much food for just one meal. Partner got the Half a baked chicken. Said it was the best he'd ever had. Moist and flavorful. So much dinner he brought some home for lunch tomorrow. Now dessert!!! Ordered bread pudding w caramel sauce and apple dumpling. Must have been a run on both cause at 6:30, both were all gone. Either the manager or owner (Latino guy) came out to our table to deliver the bad news. Super nice and helpful. We ended up with coconut creme pie and raspberry cheesecake. OMG both so delicious and huge portions. Totally forgot about what we had wanted originally. Brought half the pie home. Too big!! “Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the country. I have dined there numerous times in the past years and their standard menu is always top notch. I visited with my wife last night for the Mardi Gras themed menu and the service was more than adequate, as always. We even got to chat with Tony for a minute. If you like a cozy, casual, and friendly atmosphere mixed with seafood, spirits, and a little bit of Ft. Wayne history, give The Oyster Bar a try.“

The menu had plenty of great options, but I went with “The Beginning,” a classic burger. It was cooked perfectly, super tasty, and even the fries were awesome. Their house sauce was sweet and delicious it was a nice bonus. The place itself is stylish, with funky designs on the walls, and the whole staff was on point/attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. I never had to ask for a thing! “Unfortunately they were sold out of the brisket and burnt ends. The ribs are fall off the bone tender. Pulled pork and sausage are ok. You have to use the selection of sauces to really enjoy any of the meat. The wilson beans are spectacular!“
