“Julie (owner) welcomed me and my two littles to her shop on a rather disastrous day, on our part. She was so patient and kind and accepted us just as we were -- extremely frazzled mom, barefoot + overtired toddler, and soon to be publicly breastfed two month old. Never once did I feel unwelcomed, disdained, or the least bit out of place despite the chaos I brought to her little slice of heaven. Julie is peppy, hard working, and outgoing. She not only served us swiftly and kindly (hello mandatory samples and extra time with decisions, offering suggestions as well as finding busy work while I thought), but also invested in our journey, asking thoughtfully worded questions and sharing her passions as we conversed. We easily spent an hour in her shop, dripping ice cream and breastmilk and exhaustion; tracking sticky fingers over her game pieces, and adjusting the atmosphere from pleasant to slightly stinky newborn blowout... and yet Julie met us where we were at with kindness and welcoming presence. Is that all? Goodness, no. I am gf/df and one of my littles is df and I was shocked to discover Moo Over not only existed in one but BOTH of my allergen capacities... and others, such as egg. I've been traveling to CC regularly for years and completely oblivious to this gem I could have been visiting every time with zero dietary concerns! Letting my hair down around food is a luxury that can become a common experience now that I know! I discovered her because she put a very GENEROUS coupon out in the Parkview Whitley new parents welcome packages. Originally I was sad it was a coupon I couldn't use, because dairy and ice cream... but I was so excited to discover I was wrong! And Julie, It worked -- I am a forever customer! Is THAT all? Goodness, no! This frazzled momma finally drove off, but left her debit card laying on the counter. Julie held onto it and when I called the next day, offered to mail it to me. She went through the hassle and expense of her time and resources to ensure I didn't have to cancel my bank card or worry about making an extra trip out (an hour away is so much longer when there are littles to load up everywhere you go!). I am beyond impressed with every aspect of what Julie does with Moo Over. She truly exudes excellence and the mindset of community she needs to excel. Such a genuinely amazing business woman. Thank you Julie for doing what you do and doing it so well!“

“I picked up a birthday cake from this shop last weekend and was pretty happy with the experience. The staff were friendly and patient while I was deciding on the design, and the cake turned out looking just like the picture I showed them. More importantly, it tasted fresh and wasn't overly sweet, which my family really appreciated. The place was clean and the order was ready on time. There was a small wait at pickup, but nothing too bad. Overall, a solid local cake shop that I'd definitely consider using again for future celebrations.“

“Finally made it back for the first time this year after they were closed for a week to do a little remodel and it's even more perfect! They removed the barriers that were installed when Covid hit and opened up the counter area again. Plus moved some of the furniture around to create more social gathering spots. Bonus points for changing their Sunday hours from a 2pm closing time to 4pm!“

“I just had my first visit to Bru Burger Bar in Fort Wayne, and it was fantastic! They welcomed me right away super kind and professional. The menu had plenty of great options, but I went with “The Beginning,” a classic burger. It was cooked perfectly, super tasty, and even the fries were awesome. Their house sauce was sweet and delicious it was a nice bonus. The place itself is stylish, with funky designs on the walls, and the whole staff was on point/attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. I never had to ask for a thing! For dessert, we had a vanilla milkshake with caramel 💣absolutely perfect. Overall, highly recommend this spot! I’ll definitely be back soon. When you go make sure to ask for jaxson. “A group of 6 of us went here for a business dinner. For my first time here I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Our waitress was very attentive but also didn't make us feel in a rush at all in a very calm and peaceful environment. This would be an excellent spot for an anniversary or special night out, along with business dinners like we had. The steak was also cooked perfectly as ordered.

Would highly recommend for a wonderful night out for a great meal.“

“My wife and I are at the point where we don’t spend money on food easily unless it is great food and great service. As such, we don’t have a lot of places we can go. Chops wine bar is my new favorite! We came in for Savor Fort Wayne. as such, we ordered a lot more food than we normally would. We found the wine bar to be very cozy, warm, and a good volume to be able to hold a conversation easily. The food was outstanding. I had a classic old-fashioned that was the best I’ve ever had and it is at a great price on Thursday Friday and Saturday nights. We were surprised at the depth of the menu for a wine bar. We expected bar food and this was far from that. We will definitely be back, a lot!“

“First time ever trying Red Robin with my wife tonight, and it definitely didn't disappoint!
The onion rings were incredible, the Twisted Mozzarella Sticks were a must-have, and upgrading the fries to the Parmesan Garlic Fries was absolutely worth it. I had a burger that was really good, and Shannon's chicken sandwich was even better.

“Went in yesterday for lunch to pickup 2 sandos (which were delicious), and because of the weather, only one gentleman was running the whole show! One guy making the bread, prepping the meats, slicing the garden, stocking the cheese, the chips, refilling lids, cleaning tables; all of this making in-store, online orders, and running the reggie. I wish I had gotten his name, cuz the dude deserves a shout-out. I was there around 1pm, and the guy said he'd been there since 5:30am, alone. That's an all-star. If I owned a restaurant, I would've tried to steal him in the spot. 6 stars!“
