right from the start; a nice big parking lot, then a huge facility, plenty of room, very welcoming and inviting. Entire staff friendly and lively, and then a delicious array of excellent food and service, at a tremendous value. Gina and her colleagues all seemed friendly and helpful and I'm certain will make this dining experience a pleasure from start to finish.
I should have known not to order a steak at an Italian restaurant. The waitress was very busy. Her personality came out at the end of the night, when she had a minute to take a breath. Either she was semi-new or overseated, her service and attitude left a bit to be desired. Very disappointed in the Filet mignon.

Always the most amazing food at all of the Casa restaurants in Fort Wayne! I live closer to another, but adore the atmosphere and staff at the West Jefferson location. I took my dad there for Father's Day and we couldn't have had a better time anywhere else in town! Our waiter, Marshall, was professional, quick and attentive. The front manager is gregarious, accommodating and absolutely brings life to this particular Casa. We'll be back a thousand more times!
