This is a great hibachi restaurant if you're in the area. The service is excellent in the food is cooked well. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend if you're in the Fort Wayne area.
The food was awesome! The "show" of the food prep was very entertaining. I always thought that was the reason to go to these places. The only downside is how smokey it is in the restaurant due to all the flames. It is great fun to watch and feel the heat of the flames, but the smoke may be aggravating to some individuals.Parking: Parking is all around the building. I finally found the opportunity to eat at Sapporo, and it lives up to its reputation! As a hibachi restaurant, showmanship is a must, and they nail that presentation. And different from other hibachi restaurants I've visited, they didn't slack on the quality and flavor of the food in favor of flashy presentation.
