“This was our first time to Naked Tchopstix. Our server was Sonya, and she was terrific. She answered all of our questions and checked on our table quite often. We both ordered bento boxes...the Bagogi and the Spicy Chicken. When they arrived the temperature was ok. It seemed like the meat had not been cooked right then and there, it was closer to room temperature than freshly cooked. The flavor was good. The boxes came with soup, a simple salad, broccoli & and sliced carrots, rice, 2 pieces of California rolls, 1 crab Rangoon, 1 spring roll, and 2 two pot stickers. Overall it was good. I thought the broccoli and carrots were very undercooked. My wife enjoyed the crab Rangoon, which she doesn't normally like and she said the California rolls were good.Neither of us enjoyed the soup. The spicy egg & spinach was thicker than my wife expected. I had the Miso, which I haven't ever had. I did not enjoy the flavor. We very much enjoyed the look of the restaurant. We thought the music choice was odd, 80's & country music, though it at was a nice volume.Overall the food was good. If we are invited to go with someone we would go back, though we probably wont go back on our own.“
“I went there for my 32 birthday and It was a very good atmosphere. The people there that were working were definitely nice and polite and the ramen was definitely delicious. even though it was a little hard to find at first because of the location but we ended up finding it. So definitely recommend this place.“
“We love to come to passion fin. We have tried so many different things - potstickers, crag rangoon, calamari, so many different sushi, lo mein, ramen, general tso chicken, orange chicken. The children love it as well. They offer Japanese sodas for the kids. They offer saki, hot and cold for the adults.“
“Whether you're after sushi or ramen, these guys are top quality and priced fair.Almost missed it the first time, Its a small place on the edge, connected to the Chinese restaurant next door but authentic.Parking: Primarily accessible via one road.“
“This place is absolutely the best sushi place in Fort Wayne.. super authentic and fresh while other places in Fort Wayne can’t even compare… I challenge anyone who enjoys sushi to take the challenge!! Consistency and top quality bring me back again and again“
“Takaoka has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years, and I love sharing this joyful dining experience with my children. We recently visited Takaoka at the request of my son for his birthday, and it was hands down the best dining experience we have had there. Our chef was “old Mark” and he went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, especially for our children. I look forward to celebrating at Takaoka again soon!“
“Fast-casual Japanese/Asian fusion restaurant that does more than brisk takeout business as the dining tables (indoor and outdoor) are ample enough for perhaps 80(?) diners! The sashimi was fresh and clean! The sushi rolls were properly done and yummy! The apps and entrée options were varied and what we tried (General Tso's & spicy red pepper chicken dishes) were tasty, along with the small bowls of soup and salad! I would recommend to any for a quick lunch or a dinner with family/friends! We spent $65(+tax) for a full specialty roll, 1 nigiri, 1 sashimi, 2 entrées, 1 beer for 2 adults with a box of leftovers! The prices seemed fair for the portions, quality, brick-and-mortar, and Bidenomics stagflation currently.Vegetarian options: Why be a vegetarian? Humans are omnivorous, but it you must be vegetarian, then this place has vegetarian options all over the menu. I enjoyed my fish and scallop and chicken, but also my broccoli, cabbage, ginger, Wasabi, tofu, soy sauce, etc.Parking: Parking spots all around the restaurant/shopping center (no parking fees/meters, as one would expect around here)Kid-friendliness: There were many little children there and they seemed to be fine with the seating available (e.g. high chairs)Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps onto both the patio and sidewalk into the doorway (no stairways inside, all on ground floor), so it seems to be wheelchair accessible“
“Let me say that I've never had sushi before, but everything I sampled at Umi I really, really enjoyed. We had our company Christmas party at Umi and they served many different kinds of sushi for appetizers. I also had salmon for an entree and thoroughly enjoyed my visit.“
“This is the only place in Fort Wayne to my knowledge that has sushi burritos. If you are a person that loves burritos and love sushi, this is your place. You can customize your burrito to have whatever you want in it just like chipotle. Instead of having Mexican flavors and meats, it's fish. Is the great place to go for lent if you are fasting from meats on friday. It is right off of coliseum. You can order online and it's pretty quick. The email told me to wait 20 minutes but I got a text within 10 minutes that I was ready. It's more for takeout but they do have places for people to sit if you want to eat there. Do you feel overwhelmed with making choices, they also have pre-selected choices for sushi burritos. They also do burrito bowls and they also do boba tea. If you're not into touching food for your hands the burrito bowl will be a good option for youParking: Kittle's furniture has a big parking lot next to it. But there's other stores that's the aa poke that takes up their parking. There is parking but it is a busy parking lot“
“We ate here tonight; it was a BOGO for the chicken hibachi (3.5/5), which was a nice savings. Loved the Miso soup 5/5. We will come back to try the crab ragoon. Prices were a little higher than we expected for the atmosphere. Keep up the good work!“
“Absolutely beautiful restaurant, the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing it's incredible. The sushi is great and the waitstaff are awesome. I was in Fort Wayne for work and ate there 3 times just because it was so wonder, and I'll absolutely go there again if I'm back in “
“The food was awesome! The "show" of the food prep was very entertaining. I always thought that was the reason to go to these places. The only downside is how smokey it is in the restaurant due to all the flames. It is great fun to watch and feel the heat of the flames, but the smoke may be aggravating to some individuals.Parking: Parking is all around the building. There should be plenty of parking for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps for wheelchairs. The tables will accommodate a wheelchair. One guy came in with a wheelchair and had no problem.“
“I can only speak for their sushi and it is the best around! My wife (celiac disease) and I (gluten intolerance) eat gluten free and they always take care of us! Their fried rice is gluten free as well so that is always a nice touch. We love this place!!“
“I've visited this resturant multiple times over the past 2 years. They have updated their menu to help people decide what to order. They offer many specials for order inculding limited services of fish. At this time I was about a day after they sold out of Uni, but the fatty tuna is ALWAYS great! Defiantly reccommend coming here, the staff is very friendly and treat you like family.“
