New American Restaurants in Fort Wayne, IN

“Stopped for lunch today. My Boyfriend and I shared the green goddess salad, crab hush puppies, and the chicken sandwich. Aside from the decor being lovely and the bar/restaurant being super clean, the food and service was spectacular! Lily, our server, was extraordinarily polite and helpful with our questions. She was kind enough to ask the kitchen to split our order ahead of time which was much appreciated. The green goddess salad and chicken sandwich were amongst the best we have ever had. Looking forward to checking out their brunch while we are in town.“

“I had received quite a few recommendations from people to give Tolon a try. It was quite easy to set up a reservation through the Resy app and arrived to celebrate a birthday. The host was very kind and lead us to our table and we were quickly asked for drinks or appetizers. The atmosphere is nice and dark and has moderate noise but its quite easy to have a conversation. We ordered the ribeye, the deviled eggs, and the duck fat frites. Everything was very well cooked and all the flavors were amazing. They do have very interesting art work on the walls and interestingly it does a great job of adding to the atmosphere.

The staff were great and came over to check on us but it wasnt frequent enough that it was intruding. We did not get any drinks but they did look very good. Everything is also plated very well and it kind of looked like dishes on cooking competition shows so if presentation is important than this would definitely be a great place to check out.

I would definitely be going back and if you are interested in eating farm to table ingredients with awesome flavors I would encourage you to give it a try. Its worth it.“

“We ate there this evening and the service/server was great We ordered the steak dinner and the sausage roll. The steak was spot on. However, the sausage roll was horrendous. The sauce tasted like it came out of a ravioli can. I can’t imagine serving that sauce. Another customer overheard our conversation and they both stated that they stopped eating the pizza because of the poor quality of the sauce. Highly disappointed“

“I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Vinland Reserve Winery! The surrounding vineyards and atmosphere are absolutely incredible, striking the perfect balance between sophisticated and welcoming. The property grounds are stunning, featuring a large outdoor, self-service area with a convenient walk-up ordering window, a modern tiered sitting area that offers a great view of the pond, and a spacious grassy lawn surrounding the stage. While we didn't try the main dinner menu this time around, both the Blueberry Pie and the Blueberry Sour Martinis were exceptional. Even with a 90-minute drive to get here, we will absolutely be back!“

“Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful staff, wonderful drinks. The very first time I went there on Saturday right after we ordered our first drink the electricity went out and half of downtown Ft. Wayne. The staff brought out a bunch of candles in the atmosphere, was so beautiful and unique“

“After decorating at Charlie’s Awesome Venue I decided to pop over to the other side get a bite to eat. I was torn between the two burgers they currently have on the menu. I went with the blue cheese with bacon jam. I am here to tell you this was the best burger I have ever had in my life! Our server was pretty great as well. “A nice, clean restaurant to grab dinner. There was live music on our Saturday evening visit. Our waitress was friendly, as was all the staff we saw. The smoked wings seemed a bit dry, but not horrible. There is also outdoor seating. The atmosphere is a bonus for this restaurant.“
