Ziffles food truck provided the food for my daughter‘s wedding, it was a rather large wedding so I was a little nervous about them being able to keep up with the demand. Not only did they keep up with the demand, but the food was absolutely amazing! I highly highly recommend!
I hired 3 of their trucks ... Ziffles, Baby got S'mac, and the Taco truck for my daughter's 40th birthday party. They were so professional and it WAS the BEST BBQ I have ever had. I will definitely use them again. The gourmet macc and cheese truck paired beautifully with the BBQ and the added gluten free option of a baked potato made it nice for my guests with gluten allergies.The guests were loving the choices and everyone was fed quickly. Ziffles Catered our wedding in September and did a phenomenal job! I was terrified about how smoothly everything would go having one truck provide around 150 meals smoothly and in a timely matter, but they exceeded every single expectation! I am so happy with how everything turned out. Everything came out at a great temp and tasted amazing! Thank you guys again so much!
