service and food are hit and miss. sometimes ur is good and sometimes bad. bever know how things will be. had enough bad food there that I rarely go.

Received wrong order. Drove back and was told they couldn’t do anything about it because they are closed. It was 9:48PM and the hours say 10PM. No refund or new food. Apparently I donated to Arby’s because I left with nothing as I explained I had an allergy to the items they gave me. 0/10 customer service. Now I get to work a 12 hour shift with no food. Thanks Arby’s

We got here a whole half hour before they closed, and they had already packed up the dining area, with the chairs flipped over on the tables. They refused to let us flip over the chairs, so we had to eat on tables half occupied by flipped over chairs. When my friend got his sandwich, they had put sauce all over it…except for on the sandwich itself. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionality by this staff.

Absolutely terrible food. I go by there sometimes because it's relatively close by, but pretty much every time, I'm disappointed in the quality of food. For example, today i got 2 chicken ranch wraps and a Buffalo slider. absolutely no Buffalo sauce on the slider or anything at all, and the Chicken ranch wraps seem like they have been sitting around for about 3 days. hard as a rock. Do not go to this facility.

First off, don’t eat here unless you like to projectile vomit! Yes! I just got food poisoning from this place! Staff was not very friendly and honestly didn’t look very hygienic. Just ragged and gross looking! I cannot confirm if the employee washed his hands or not after he came back from break. I won’t be eating here ever again! Probably killed it for me to eat Arby’s for a while as well!?

Weird experience. Went through drive-thru and didn’t get a response, went inside and the few people in front of me were told sorry for waiting. It wasn’t busy and there were 4-5 employees. Didn’t provide sauce that came with meal.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I most assuredly would. Last time before tonight, we were there they couldn't serve us because they were out of roast beef... and ham, which was what our son ordered. Thought we'd try again tonight (some 4 months later). Well, spent $20+, get home and my sandwich appears to have gone AWOL.
DO NOT PICK THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR FOOD!

Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets and they were overcooked so hard my grandson could not bite them. I could not bite them. Do better for kids. Young lady at window was very nice.

The wait in the drive-through was very long, even sitting at the ordering speaker. It was about 5 minutes before anyone said anything on the speaker, did not get my order right, and were kind of rude.
