I found the food hot & delicious, had almost no wait, & the staff was not only friendly, but I almost left my purse in one of their dining area chairs, & a crew member ran out after me with it to make sure I didn't!

The wait in the drive-through was very long, even sitting at the ordering speaker. It was about 5 minutes before anyone said anything on the speaker, did not get my order right, and were kind of rude.

Got a beef and cheder on Sunday - exactly what I ordered. Guy taking the order was ok, not over friendly, not a grouch. Exactly what I'd expect at a gas station fast food restaurant. If I'm driving by there again, I'm more than happy to get Arbys from here.
