Just ordered a DELIVERY pizza and salad and was told 20 ton25 minutes. I paid with my card over the phone including tip. An hour later I call asking about my order and she said she has it as pickup, said it should still be fresh and will send driver when he gets back and then tells me she is charging me delivery fee! What a ridiculous series of comments and treatment. Why would I pay over the phone if I was coming to the store anyways? And then charge me MORE after the fact?! Make that make sense! I hope Chicago's Pizza ya all out of business. I sure won't be using your services anymore after this. What a joke.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I came back to pay for it and it was a completely different pizza than what I ordered so instead of correcting THEIR mistake they charged me full price for a pizza I didn’t even order and wouldn’t remake the correct one until I paid for them both. Horrible way to conduct business. The old lady running the counter was very rude, hateful and nasty. It was just an awful experience. Pizza 3.14 is a thousand times better and much better customer service

Not so great. Prices high compared to other stores in the area. Service is less than other places. Food was not so fresh (salad) and pizza was so-so, and expensive. Could use a cleanup. AND why on earth allow kids and a DOG to hang around inside?

Second time I’ve ordered a pizza and they made the wrong pizza and when I got there they had made the same mistake again Horrible customer service. Mother and daughter were working there and said they were the managers. They talked to me like a piece of garbage. I go there 2 or 3 times a week and get food I live local and will gladly drive somewhere else to get better pizza. Pizza 3.14 is much better and friendlier !
