Randomly stopped in during a road trip. At first, was not thrilled that it was connected to a gas station. But it ended up being one of the better cold brew coffees I've had anywhere. And they had heavy cream options which tends to be rare in random coffee shops. The homemade baklava was icing on the cake.

Best random stop today traveling, ironically enough after our company conference where we focused on providing #unreasonablehospitality ! Our barista was great and demonstrated passion for the product, excellent recommendations and overall joy in what he was doing, leaving us with a smile after a long week!

Rude customer service. Asked for something to be blended (as it says on their ordering website that it can be) and was told it wasn’t really an option, they could blend the ice. Card payment didn’t go through twice even though we had just used it for gas at adjoining gas station and plenty of money on card. Walked out and will not return.

We don’t live close to Cafe Neo but travel for our job quite a bit and as a family and pick up sandwiches, Loukoumades and drinks from Cafe Neo, we all love it! The food is delicious, the drinks are great and the Loukoumades are always excellent! Today we picked up for lunch and the young lady who waited on us was extremely friendly, as always! We highly recommend Cafe Neo!

WOW! This place is a GODSEND. Needed to stop after getting tired from driving home from Dayton Ohio to Chicago and popped in here for a cup of coffee (I’m not even a coffee person). They made a great latte and were very kind and we had a great conversation. They have COUCHES in there too that were comfy asf and I literally fell asleep at this wonderful place. Super convenient off the highway and next to the gas station. Highly recommend!

We live in Ohio but travel to Indiana several times a year. We typically leave with enough time to stop on our ride. We were able to fortunate enough to experience the coffee culture and flavors in Greece a few years ago. This is the only place we have been since where the coffee offers the same quality and flavor.
Great attentive service, custom coffee blends makes Starbucks look like schoolboy on vacation and without the woke b.s.!

Stopped here on my way back to PA from Indianapolis, great positive service from the owner and other employees! I got a decaf mocha with lavender frappe! Ive been a barista for three years, and i’m super sensitive to caffeine and my stomach felt great afterwards. Great place! (bathrooms are old and not very nice but they’re in the gas station part)

An unexpected treasure given that it is located right next to a gas station. The donuts were fresh to order and absolutely divine. The Ghirardelli chocolate on top was high quality. The coffee and lemonade were also tasty! Our favorite chocolate trail stop so far!
