Employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only only issue was the mens restroom smelled like sewage so bad it made my husband vomit.

Ordered by the app, got charged $ and when gave the code in the drive-thru, I got told it was not valid, instead of giving me solutions, the staff switched to attend the other line.
I end up doing a new order directly in the window, and on top of that I had to wait in the reserved spot for the drive thru for more than 15min to get me burger...
This is the second time I come to this location and I have issues....
Last time was a similar situation, I got ask to wait for my order in the reserved spot for the drive thru drive and I end up driven back to the windows just to find out that my order was forgotten.
This location is really bad, I have never had so bad service in other McDonald'

Well first the order taker messed up my order and cleared the screen before I could verify my order so was given some wrong items in my order and then to top it all off I ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes and the window person hands me both and one of them they didn’t make sure the lid was on meaning half a small milkshake ended up all over my passenger seat and my 8yr old daughter and my hands. So needless to say this was my worst experience at McDonald’s as of yet

This place is terrible at getting orders correct. Make sure you check your bags before you leave mine have been wrong many times. Last time I thought it was right ordered a double quarter pounder got home and opened the box and it was a regular quarter pounder. They never give you your cups with your order then you have to stand and wait watching them walk back and forth with there heads turned the other way acting like they don't see you or they look right at you and then go the other way before one of them will finally ask if you need something while they act like its an inconvenience for them to get your cups. I'm done going here they don't care about the customers if they get your order right or not they act like they just want you to go away. I'll just go across the street to Arby's from now on.

The employees were overworked but doing their best. Short staffed and LOTS of orders. We had ordered 5 large pizzas, 2 handcrafted pizzas, 2 orders bread sticks, 2 orders cheese sticks. While there to pick up our order, I counted 8 others orders ahead of us, phone ringing constantly,more people coming in to order, several waiting to pick up. The employees that were there couldn't ever catch a breath but they did excellent!!!!!! Even tho we had to wait awhile after promised time for pick up, I didn't get upset because I saw how hard they were working. I hope that somehow they get proper praise and hopefully a raise!!!!! PH does NOT want to lose these dedicated employees!!!!!!!!! I wish I had asked their names!!!!! And I wish I'd had cash on me to give them a big tip but I didn't....☹️. The only suggestion I have besides hire more help, is to being the buffet back!!! We really miss it!!!!!

If this is the Crawfordsville one,it was pretty decent for a Rotten Ronnies. Nice ppl, the food was fresh and they didn't mess up our order like most of them.

Waited 30 minutes for my food in the parking lot. Went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored by EVERYONE until a very polite employee recognized me from the drive through and tried to help only be ignored by all of their coworkers. Finally a manager came, snatched the receipt from my hand and refunded me. To the only employee who tried to help thank you you rock please find a better job, that place is not worthy of you.
