Waited 30 minutes for my food in the parking lot. Went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored by EVERYONE until a very polite employee recognized me from the drive through and tried to help only be ignored by all of their coworkers. Finally a manager came, snatched the receipt from my hand and refunded me. To the only employee who tried to help thank you you rock please find a better job, that place is not worthy of you.

Ordered to eat in and out it in to go bag, drop good in window and scurry away yet didn't give me a cup for my drink, finally get someone's attention after a legit full 2 minutes standing there, go over to get my drink. No lights, no straws. Go back to the counter and luckily a nice elderly lady who was clocking out took pity on me and the other diners waiting for such things. I drop off my food drink at a table and go back to get ketchup - nothing, not any napkins or salt and pepper, back to to counter I go for another 2 minutes of watching workers walk around but not one will make eye contact, finally get someone's attention go sit and both my fries and sandwich are cold by this point. The best part is I used the stupid kiosk to order since it's supposedly more efficient - obviously not. I wouldn't been better off will a gas station roller dog, bag of chips and coke from the gas station next door - and I bet it would still been warm too.

9/20/2025 7:00pm. The woman at the second window was hateful and my 3 year olds chocolate milkshake was more chocolate milk than a milkshake. The younger people that work there seem to have more common curiosity then the older people I've dealt with at this location

Ordered , paid, told to wait in parking space area. While waiting 15min I noticed the order was wrong. Went inside to get corrected , still hadn't recieved out order yet, and stood in line with 8 other people waiting for their orders. After waiting another 15min without receiving the wrong order, being able to fix the order, or see a single employee come to the counter I was finally able to stop someone taking food to the parking and just ask for a refund. A total of 30min waiting, order wrong in the first place and than leaving with nothing all for 2 cheeseburgers and fries.

Hands down the BEST Sausage McMuffin with Egg I've ever had! Fresh, hot, and tasty! Service was friendly and fast, and they redid my coffee order with a genuine smile. Truly impressed, and will stop again on my next road trip. Great group of folks working here!

Specifically stopped cause I was craving McDonald's Fries. Spent the extra money to upgrade to large and this is how they came out while also being cold and soggy. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and did open up the bag until I was back on the road.

The lady's room non handicap stall still doesn't lock 6 months later lol. And neither does the hand sanitizer. Nice people though. We'll see if anything changes in the next 6 months....

Messed up my sandwich did not give sauces and the person at the register accuse me of throwing trash in their parking lot and said “ you need to pick it up” not even please or anything when it’s not even my trash they can check their cameras …. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever went to every time I come here there’s always a bad experience they need to hire a new workers
