The ladies and gentlemen that work here don’t get enough credit. Tonight you all have had a rough night . Your system crashed and orders were piling in . Door dash wanted some carry out wanted some delivery wanted some . Me? I was a carry out. I walked into chaos. There were people yelling at you demanding a manager. You all kept it together well . No one should be yelled at the way you were by a disrespectful customer.

I give you a five star because you kept level headed in the midst of chaos.

I did have to wait a while but as someone who has worked in fast food I knew it wasn’t your fault. We are all human .
Give yourself grace.

No yelling , no complaining from me.
I wish you all well and I hope your system doesn’t crash again anytime soon .

“I haven't had nearly the issues others have. My only complaint is they never have as much butter on the crazy bread as other locations. I don't get hot and ready because I've never been a fan of those but I do always enjoy the stuffed crust.”

“The burger was fine. The fries were cold. Plus it was extremely slow, my wife WALKED to the nearby Walmart to use the restroom and was done before I got through the drive thru. I then drove over to pick her up. When I got my order the line was wrapped around the entire building. I believe the late, great Dave Thomas would be embarrassed by this store's performance.”

“You know it's McDonald's. It does what McDonald's does and it does it well and that's why we all go there More than we really want to. They're good at getting it done and getting you out fast. It's weird because it's usually not anybody's first choice except for my youngest child, but it's one place that most everybody can agree on.”
