We got cheeseburgers and fries for the kids and my husband and I did the 2 for $25 steak and white cheddar chicken plates. It was the best meal we have had in a very long time. Our server was on top of things and took the best care of us!
The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The waitstaff were rude and condescending to customers. They messed up our bill and the manager acted like she was doing us a huge favor.

Would not recommend. Service was great but the food we got was terrible. We ordered steaks the first ones we ordered were way over cooked the remake steaks, that we got 25 minutes later were undercooked. And on top of it all we now have food poisoning. Definitely not the way we watched to start our little getaway.

Since they updated the inside, it’s no longer the neighborhood restaurant. It’s just a corporate looking place like any other. It’s ridiculous they took the neighborhood feel away. It’s NOT Neighborhood feeling anymore.

I ordered the fish and chips meal, and the fish was the worst I've ever received as a paying customer, it was mush in most parts and tough in others, tons of breading, and the fries were late and overcooked. Service wasn't bad, I just wish they had looked at my food and realized how unacceptable it was before putting it on the table.

It's not the best. It's not the worst.Burgers in my opinion are sub par. They cook it the way you want but I believe it needs a bit of seasoning.My wife got a chicken dish (not sure the name) that was covered in some kind of sauce and a ton of melted cheese.Rice that came with the dish 3 time came out crunchy. The sauce tasted like it had actually gone bad and the chicken didn't seem to taste good either.For the last time around my wife just said to remake it without the sauce but when it showed up it still had the sauce. I felt bad because my wife had nothing but appetizers. I've given Applebee's chance after chance and each time I'm let down. There are other local places that serve better food. I would suggest looking for those places.

There is way too much salt added to the fries and the wings, it makes the food way less enjoyable/ not enjoyable at all. The fries tasted as if they were drenched in sea salt water. Please add way less salt or add options at checkout for those who would like less salt on their foodUpdate: after this review someone from Applebees contacted me to apologize and offer a gift card. I never received it, I followed up with that person 2 times and they completely ignored me. A reflection of their customer service!

We order ahead and pickup food from this location on a regular basis. The food is good. The order is brought out promptly- one of the food runners is Tae, he is really polite and he is always on top of it. The parking lot has plenty of space and there are marked spots for curbside to go. We will continue to order from here and would recommend this location.
