The chicken was very tough and over cooked. Not a good meal. Our server Tracy was very friendly and checked on us alot. I dont know where the chicken comes from but it wasnt good.

I ordered the chicken tenders meal. The chicken tenders were horrible; they were way overcooked and had zero seasoning in the breading. The menu says that you get your choice of bread with this meal, but I did not get any. I let them know how bad my meal was. Any other restaurant wouldn't have charged for a meal that bad. All they did was take 10% off of the bill for food I couldn't eat.

Having dined at several Bob Evans locations, this experience will unfortunately be my final visit to this location. We ordered breakfast, and it appeared as though the food had been microwaved, with the country potatoes seemingly being the remnants from earlier in the day. I was quite disappointed with the meal, and I barely ate anything, which felt like a waste of money. However, the employees were pleasant and kind.

I came in this morning with my 3 kids, we were sat at a booth right away. Sadly we waited 10 minutes with no waiter check in or any water or coffee brought to us, or any acknowledgement that we was there, other than the hostess (who was really kind to my kids). While we was patiently waiting the hostess sat down a couple right behind us and they was immediately greeted with water and coffee by the waitress. At that point it had been 10 minutes and no sign of anyone acknowledging us, so we walked out. The worst part is that my three 5 year olds thought they did something wrong, and was wondering why we was leaving. The manager walked by us as well and still no sign of any hospitality.

My husband went in to get me strawberry chocolate pancakes. I have been sick the past few days and pancakes generally help settle my stomach. He ordered deconstructed so I could eat as little or as much as i could tolerate. He repeated order several times. They said they could do that. He got home and found it is put together. I only could eat maybe a fifth of it now the rest is a waste.
Bad service had to wait on silver ware when the food came out and got the rolls last after our dinner

Went a few months ago, and it was really good! This time not so much! Our waitress was super sweet and did her job well! The food was just not very good. Our complete order didn’t come out together.. And most of the food was Either overcooked or undercooked! They weren’t busy at all. Sadly, it was my husband‘s first time trying their food and will probably be his last. They did give a 20% discount which was better than nothing I guess.
