My husband went in to get me strawberry chocolate pancakes. I have been sick the past few days and pancakes generally help settle my stomach. He ordered deconstructed so I could eat as little or as much as i could tolerate. He repeated order several times. They said they could do that. He got home and found it is put together. I only could eat maybe a fifth of it now the rest is a waste.

Went a few months ago, and it was really good! This time not so much! Our waitress was super sweet and did her job well! The food was just not very good. Our complete order didn’t come out together.. And most of the food was Either overcooked or undercooked! They weren’t busy at all. Sadly, it was my husband‘s first time trying their food and will probably be his last. They did give a 20% discount which was better than nothing I guess.

We used the Bob Evans App to order for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Food was Delicious
We have lived in this area for over 20 years and Bob Evans was a go to place for a friendly mean. But in recent times it gets a rating of 50 /50. And one particular manager seems to not like hearing when there is an issues ( sometimes issues happen) and becomes very rude to the customers. Unfortunately we never know when that one manager is there to avoid the place at that time. Guess that explains why there were only 4 cars in the parking lot when we were there last. A manager with a chip on their shoulder will run off otherwise good customers. And any manager worth their weight in salt would never become abusive or insulative with a paying customer when an issue arises.

I appreciate your response to quickly. But where is the assurance that this is actually being addressed with this ineffective shift manager? How will or will this kind of attitude be corrected? That is what those that read these reviews want to hear in an owner's response on here.

My husband and I had our Thanksgiving Day meal at the Camby location. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious, as usual. Our server was awesome......sorry I don't remember her name. She had her blonde hair in a braid and she had braces. Thank you to everyone who was working.
