I'm not a big review guy but this has to be addressed. I've been to many Chipotles and have been satisfied but this one is terrible. I ordered the carne asada they have been advertising and it was pathetic. The meat was cold, chewy, very fatty and tough. These people clearly have no idea how to cook meat that they brag about on the commercials as the most tender they offer. Very disappointed.

Fine for a half dozen times. Last one gave me complete and utterly devastating food poisoning. Most of the people on the window were nice.

Most of the workers are nice; later in the day, they are kind of rude, seem like they are mad they are there and you are there too.
The last few times I’ve ordered from here things are missing from my ordered. Once is was the rice in my salad; I ordered extra and got none. The next time I ordered 1/2 chicken 1/2steak and got no chicken. Many times they forgot the honey vinaigrette dressing that goes with the salads.
Nothing is ever bad enough to prohibit me from continuing to come again but I always assume I will be disappointed with some element of the experience.

Major shoutout to the Camby Chipotle—
this place has seriously leveled up! The food is hot, fresh, and actually *seasoned* (the rice is no longer crunchy, hallelujah), and the staff is super friendly and fast. Portions are generous, the vibe is positive, and even the guac feels worth the extra now. Easily the best this location has ever been—keep it up!

every single time I order on the app they give me soft tacos instead of crunchy or they put rice in bowls I select no rice on. I have allergies. Please make stuff right.

I frequent here very often, multiple times a week, earn rewards like no other...
I just had the single handedly worst experience so far at this place, and its disappointing. A half scoop of rice and not even a half scoop of black beans between 3 tacos.... on a filthy line with sour cream and goop everywhere. Them scoops better be FULL. Especially after waiting in line like that.
This typically isnt a problem at this location but this time was so egregious I couldn't help but share.
If you haven't tried Chipotle you need to it's the best food ever

Absolutely insane how bad this place is. I have had my fair share of poor chipotle chains but this one takes the cake. Ordered two bowls and two burritos not even 2 hours after opening for my company and they are out of rice! How is that even possible?! Rice is like the whole part of the meal, and not only that but the cheese was all globbed together and clearly old and when marked double portions it seems they purposely put half. Even when told they had no rice the lady said we put double portions in to compensate, nope. And the cherry on top was we ordered three things of chips and sauce and only got on bag and two sauce. I have worked for chipotle and fast food myself, this is not a hard concept to get around and it just seems the employees and management here lack serious read and writing skills and corporate needs to put this place under a very fine microscope because this is just sad.

The chipotlane took 30 minutes before we received our order. The app said our order was ready for pickup, but we sat in the car while they made our food. Our order was missing 3 items that we paid extra for. Won't be going back to this location.

There tonight.. wife charged for a coke when she ordered just water, my bowl had plenty of chicken but it was burnt enough to notice while eating. You pay so much for restaurant food and are continually disappointed in the quality ..dining out experiences, at fast food establishments , are so different today since Covid… kids could care less about the quality of service or food.

I go here often and it's usually pretty good but here lately not so much. How are you going to open at 1045 and I go here an hour after you've been open and you don't have things prepared that are on your menu? It's ridiculous to say the least

I have been told this location 3 times. Every time the tables are filthy and the work area is very messy and unappetizing. The chicken is very fatty. I usually enjoy Chipotle but this location needs a lot of work.
