I came for the brisket bowl. They tried to serve a brisket that was nearly black and obviously dried out. I asked if they had anything fresher and they said they had some on the grill, it would be 5 or 6 minutes. I opted to wait. 15 minutes later I asked if they knew how much longer of a wait and the gal working the grill was incredibly rude when she listed off her list of priorities score being able to serve the brisket, I left and got Taco Bell. #DoBetterChipolte.

Every time I order pickup through the drive through something is always missing from my order, I didn’t get my chips and queso twice the past 2 weeks and I always have to remind them to give me my drink or else they won’t give it to you. I’ll absolutely be double checking my bag before I leave now, just disappointed it’s not done correctly in the first place tho

Leadership is needed badly in this place. Employees were taking personal calls and out sitting with friends in the tables instead of cooking and cleaning. Place was a mess. Tables not washed off, trash everywhere, lots of food choices missing on the bar. Just not up to chipotle standards for sure.

The manger that worked on 10/24/2024 is amazing with her team. She is so supportive and helpful. I came in at 12:30 and she was helping at the register. She is truly amazing. The staff is always super sweet. I work in the service industry as well so I know how rough these last couple of months have been so seeing a management team step up and support her team is amazing!

Tried them multiple times. It’s getting worse- I’d rather drive to Plainfield or Indy than eat anything from here. It’s too expensive to always have something wrong, under cooked, unsalted or missing.
Please close this location or get new management.

Food was great. Only complaint is that some items were down to the bottom of the container and instead of giving me fresh meat and rice from a new container the staff scraped as much out as they could get and it did not look like the correct amount or fresh. Still loved the food.

This Camby Chipotle is always out of product regardless of what it is food/utensil’s. Food is over cooked/dried out. They never want to refill anything ESPECIALLY when it’s late or close to closing time. They want to give you the lease amount possible but charge full price

I’ve eaten here many times and I decided these folks deserve a great review as my show of appreciation! If you enjoy chipotle and this location specifically leave them a good review! 10/10

My husband's 1st experience eating here & he was VERY impressed!! He got a chicken bowl & I got the brisket bowl! We had the most ADORABLE server, Ella!! She has a beautiful smile & her customer service was very kind & inviting! is AWSOM!! Store was clean & the service was wonderful!! He said we will DEFINITELY be back!!
