Placed a phone order for a cheese pizza, pepperoni and Italian cheesy bread and 35 minutes later I finally got my food. They kept waiting on the cheese. I called this order in for a reason. This kind of stuff happens all the time. Very rarely is there a hot and ready pizza available there is always a wait. So disappointed. The one in Greenwood never has issues. Was not good service they tried to refund the pizza they messed up on that they. Messed up on our order twice the first. Time we came in and the second time. We called in the pizzas before we got here said they we were ready they weren't won't be coming back
Crazy bread is sometimes cooked well and sometimes overdone. Usually ok. Pizza is the same as LC pizza everywhere, you mostly know what you're getting if you're familiar.
They use Flock Tag rewards cards, but only if you buy $5 pizza. The last time I bought a pizza the system was down and I didn't get credit. And often I buy two Crazy Breads for $6 (wife doesn't like pizza), but they won't give me points for that either, which is unreasonable and frustrating, as this was...read full review
