Little Caesars Pizza

This is a really good LC! Some of yal don’t know how bad LC can get so be grateful this one is pretty good!

Ordered a half supreme and half cheese, stuffed crust pizza with a 2 liter Pepsi today. They delivered me a Diet Pepsi and an abomination of a pizza. Toppings just dumped on with no cheese on the supreme side. You pick up a slice it all just falls off. Ate one and didn’t bother to finish the rest because it’s not even a pizza at this point. just soggy bread with soggy toppings. A total sloppy mess. I understand it’s Little Caesars, but come on man.

Call and ask for a refund, get told I can’t receive one until Wednesday when the manager comes in (This is on a Sunday, mind you).

Used to come here all the time due to the convenience, but I will bring my business elsewhere next time I crave a pizza.

We placed an order and somebody named Daniel cancelled the order. We went up to the store and some short, black haired emo girl started screaming at us to get out refusing to give us a refund for cancelling our order. We tried to work the situation out and she screamed at us that if we don’t leave she was gonna call the cops. We want her fired for verbally assaulting us.

Employees are friendly, pizza is usually good even the hot and ready. But could the Employees please learn to actually cut a pizza? I have a thin crust that isnt cut at all.

What happened to the crazy bread? It used to be my favorite, and now it's like a blob of dough. Pretty disgusting! I had to put mine in the air fryer to even make it edible. The pretzel crust pizza looked like they just sloppily dumped some nacho cheese all over it. This location has become pretty disappointing

I stopped by a couple weeks ago for dinner and while waiting for my pizzas, I overheard one of the young girls ask her coworker or boss maybe if she’d get her a vape when she got off work. The women told her yes then a few minutes later grabbed the younger girls butt. I did not find that appropriate at all, as the girl looked to be many years younger and it’s just not something that should be done at work. I’m just now leaving this review as I wouldn’t want to be the reason for someone to lose their job. After thinking it over with my husband, we decided if our teenage daughter was at work getting vapes from older coworkers we would want to know. The women had dark brown hair and is kind of short.

I went to Little Ceaser's around 830 tonight. There was no one at the register when I came so I decided to order on the app. While I was placing my order the manager began yelling at an employee about working. She yelled that she did not put them on the schedule they asked to work, while walking to the front of the store. I then went to my car to wait on my order. When I received the notification my order was ready I went in to get it. My breadsticks were in the tray. But my pizzas were not. I waited on an employee to come up to the front and told them my pizzas were missing. To which the manager responded very hatefully I'm the one that put them in there. The employee found them in another compartment. When I got home I noticed that one of my pizzas was made incorrectly. At this point I do not want to go up there and deal with the manager again.

We didn’t want to leave a review but being as I called to speak with management and she was rude; instead of introducing herself she answered the phone and just yelled she can’t hear me even though I was just speaking to one of her employees and hung up on me.
My husband, my 11 year old and I stopped in to get a pizza on our way home from church. My husband bit into his slice and was met with a sharp jagged piece of plastic. I think if I was management I’d want to know this. If someone called and wanted to just speak to management discretely, you probably should listen. But here we are. Little Caesar’s: you may want to rethink the staff at that location.

Had so much food and made a great birthday party food . Enough to feed every one and had left overs
We love the crazy puffs

Normaly good for walk in, tonight I grubbed hub an order and the crazy puffs were overcooked and dry, and the crazy bread was undercooked. I tried calling a couple times always goes to being hung up on.

I order pizza here very often for the low cost and good taste. Over the last 7 years, I have not received a fully cooked pizza once. It is always doughy. Its always so undercooked that the slices fall vertical when you pick them up. If I wanted to cook a pizza I would have made one myself. I don't understand what is so difficult about cooking a pizza. The employees are very nice, I'm not trying to be rude but this is ridiculous.

Nothing really here to say until you look at a picture that can explain itself . I just didn’t know breadsticks were flat now🤔 It’s as if I asked for flat pull apart sticks😭 Happened twice already.

A bad experience, I didn't check it before leaving the store due to lack of time, trusting that they are buying a good product

I've eaten at this little Caesar's for a long time. But my last 2 trips have not been that great. Especially this one which is why i'm making a review. Lots of young kids in there with no clear intentions to have any customer service skills. They Make you wait, don't even acknowledge you or greet you. ( without customers, you'll have no paycheck or no business) Too busy socializing in the back and joking around talking about personal stuff or thier kids at home. The pizza was good but this is the second time i've gotten breadsticks and I believe they're cooking it with old expired dough. The way that the breadsticks came out and tasted absolutely terrible. This is the second time I've got breadsticks and they have looked this. Literally comes apart like string cheese and has air pockets. They didn't even cut them properly or put the butter or parmesan cheese thats supposed to go on it. ( i worked for little ceasars back in high school That's how I know what goes on them. Not this location) I added my own parmesan cheese. I'm probably just gonna start going to the Little Caesars In plainfield cause they do a lot better and their customer service has always ben A1.

Got my pizza wrong. I came back and they said they’d fix it, then they forgot to put the pizza in after I’d been waiting in the lobby for 30min. They told me my new new pizza would be ready in 5min, then refunded my money and kicked me out of the store after I told another customer to check their order before they left.
