I went to Little Ceaser's around 830 tonight. There was no one at the register when I came so I decided to order on the app. While I was placing my order the manager began yelling at an employee about working. She yelled that she did not put them on the schedule they asked to work, while walking to the front of the store. I then went to my car to wait on my order. When I received the notification my order was ready I went in to get it. My breadsticks were in the tray. But my pizzas were not. I waited on an employee to come up to the front and told them my pizzas were missing. To which the manager responded very hatefully I'm the one that put them in there. The employee found them in another compartment. When I got home I noticed that one of my pizzas was made incorrectly. At this point I do not want to go up there and deal with the manager again.

We didn’t want to leave a review but being as I called to speak with management and she was rude; instead of introducing herself she answered the phone and just yelled she can’t hear me even though I was just speaking to one of her employees and hung up on me.
My husband, my 11 year old and I stopped in to get a pizza on our way home from church. My husband bit into his slice and was met with a sharp jagged piece of plastic. I think if I was management I’d want to know this. If someone called and wanted to just speak to management discretely, you probably should listen. But here we are. Little Caesar’s: you may want to rethink the staff at that location.

Had so much food and made a great birthday party food . Enough to feed every one and had left overs
We love the crazy puffs
Normaly good for walk in, tonight I grubbed hub an order and the crazy puffs were overcooked and dry, and the crazy bread was undercooked. I tried calling a couple times always goes to being hung up on.

I order pizza here very often for the low cost and good taste. Over the last 7 years, I have not received a fully cooked pizza once. It is always doughy. Its always so undercooked that the slices fall vertical when you pick them up. If I wanted to cook a pizza I would have made one myself. I don't understand what is so difficult about cooking a pizza. The employees are very nice, I'm not trying to be rude but this is ridiculous.
Nothing really here to say until you look at a picture that can explain itself . I just didn’t know breadsticks were flat now🤔 It’s as if I asked for flat pull apart sticks😭 Happened twice already.

I've eaten at this little Caesar's for a long time. But my last 2 trips have not been that great. Especially this one which is why i'm making a review. Lots of young kids in there with no clear intentions to have any customer service skills. They Make you wait, don't even acknowledge you or greet you. ( without customers, you'll have no paycheck or no business) Too busy socializing in the back and joking around talking about personal stuff or thier kids at home. The pizza was good but this is the second time i've gotten breadsticks and I believe they're cooking it with old expired dough. The way that the breadsticks came out and tasted absolutely terrible. This is the second time I've got breadsticks and they have looked this. Literally comes apart like string cheese and has air pockets. They didn't even cut them properly or put the butter or parmesan cheese thats supposed to go on it. ( i worked for little ceasars back in high school That's how I know what goes on them. Not this location) I added my own parmesan cheese. I'm probably just gonna start going to the Little Caesars In plainfield cause they do a lot better and their customer service has always ben A1.
Got my pizza wrong. I came back and they said they’d fix it, then they forgot to put the pizza in after I’d been waiting in the lobby for 30min. They told me my new new pizza would be ready in 5min, then refunded my money and kicked me out of the store after I told another customer to check their order before they left.

Pizza wasn't cut and my 2 crazy sauces weren't in the box or bag... not cool guys
The pic is after having to take every piece off to pat them down because of all the grease. The grease was all the way through the box.
Ordered Delivery from this location using the “Little Caesars” app. The “DoorDash” Delivery Drive didn’t not grab our 2 Liter of Mountain Dew. When I asked about the 2 Liter of Mountain Dew, the “DoorDash” driver told me she wasn’t given a 2 Liter to be delivered. Fine. Drove to the Store and then was told by an employee that we had to bring that up with “DoorDash” through the App to have them contact the driver and then refund the money for the 2 Liter of Mountain Dew . Which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t order through “DoorDash” I ordered through the “Little Caesars” app. I ended up having to purchase another 2 Liter of Mountain Dew as that was the only way I was getting 2 Liter of Mountain Dew to take home. Seems like the app is not the way to go (at least for delivery) and will not use it again. I do not feel I should have to contact “DoorDash” when I didn’t order through “DoorDash”… again I ordered from the “Little Caesars” app. Just paid $7 for one 2 Liter of Mountain Dew.

Went this evening for a hot n ready pizza. Only a cheese was ready. When I got home. It was old and stale. This has been going on for the past month. Very disappointing. Think I will look for an alternative place from now on.
