If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst service ever!!! Waited 10+ mins before anybody even greeted us which nobody did really I had to go and ask a waitress for help. After we were given our drinks we then waited 20+ mins before again I had to get up and ask the same waitress who handed us off to another waitress. I used to be a server so yes I understand it was busy but that does not excuse the shitty service we were given. Then the waitress had the audacity to tell me the reason why we was waiting 30+ mins is because there was a medical emergency with a customer- which is not true. I witnessed the customer faint (hope he’s okay) but we were already getting aggravated before that. Instead of apologizing for our wait they made it seem like we were overrating. MIND YOU I only came here because my nephew had a coupon for a free meal and we had to dine in. NEVER AGAIN.

If you’re a minority, don’t go. Lady with brown teeth will ask for your ID, ask what you drink, and in the middle of you telling her your drink order, she’ll stop listening to you to assist a white person. And then the manager comes over, tells me she’s never seen me there, which has nothing to do with anything. Crazy because I’ve been there 3 times this week when I got out of work. Definitely going to miss my $2 pbr after work
