I went through the drive thru lane 2. waited minutes before anyone said anything. watched 4 cars in lane 1 all go before i got my order taken. the younger girl at the window wasn’t friendly at all. I got home and they messed up my order. after HAVING me full forward to wait on food they messed up my order. yep my fault for not checking the bag. 01/31/26 4:00 pm

Ordered a mchicken no lettuce xtra mayo. instead got a mchicken with just barbecue sauce. not the first time i’ve had issues at this mceonalds. as well as going inside ONE time and the lady wasn’t even calling the order nunbers out. just setting the bags down. my food was cold by the time i realized my food was up there since she didn’t yell out any numbers. place needs ran better maybe new management or employees.

Yo how rude. They not only forget my food but speak spanish in front of me and said im lying thinking i cant understand spanish. Not obly leaving a review but this is crazy. I grew up in Florida and to see that type of disrespect is crazy but this is the reason i dont even eat McDonald's in the first place is the poor service and quality.

Usually this mcdonalds is great. This morning I placed my online order as usual and get there and they are closed. They said at the speaker their system crashed. I cannot cancel my order online, i tried and it said my order was already being prepped. so basically I was charged for food I didn't ever get.
