Every time I stop I am greeted by a non English speaking representative. She cannot repeat my order to me and without fail, I receive nothing close to what I asked for. The leaders are also using English as a second language and cut you off as you try to explain how they messed up your order. What a terrible example of customer service.

what does it take to get somebody in your restaurant to say thank you. I’ve been to this particular McDonald’s over and over again and nobody ever says thank you and frankly everyone seems miserable to be there. Maybe your managers need to go over to Chick-fil-A or culvers and ask them why all their employees say thank you and smile.
