O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Just when we thought all the O'Charley's restaurants closed, we found this one in Camby! Excellent service, excellent food.

Love this place. My husband and I come about every 2 weeks. Everyone is friendly. Cindy was our waitress, very prompt with everything and food was DELICIOUS. CLEAN Atmosphere, good portions. Shrimp and smashed sweet potatoes were Excellent! You definitely need to go here if you haven't.

5/2022 Charging more but cutting potato skins half AND can’t get an order right to save their lives. No idea what the white thing is, such a waste.Edit: 8/31/23 Back to normal-sized potatoes but they're literally burnt to a crisp and the chicken is also overcooked with a side of undercooked cheese wedges!Edit Two on 8/31/23 Spoke with manager Ms. Tiffany who sounded very concerned so hopefully was a one off!

the food was just OK but i had an awesome server/bar tender i think her name was cambry. she had a fun attitude & was working hard the entire time even though business was slow she seemed to be keeping busy! i’d definitely be back and ask her for. i’d give it all 5 stars but the food was mediocre. soup was great though.

Chicken strips are still the star of the show here. Great honey mustard. Our server, Bella, was very nice and prompt.

Warm, friendly, quick lunch service. The mushroom swiss burger was exceptional. Fresh hand cut fries and freshly brewed sweet tea complimented my burger. My server, Taya, was friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Ordered a chicken tenders meal with fries and honey mustard + a side salad with ranch, a salmon dinner with rice, loaded potato soup, and a side salad with ranch. Every order comes with dinner rolls…yet we didn’t receive our soup, dressing on one of the salads, honey mustard for the tenders, or butter for the rolls. This isn’t the first time we’ve been let down by this particular O’Charley’s, but it will be the last. I can’t imagine that this location will last much longer with subpar service, lackluster food, and missing items that were paid for.

UPDATED: Updated rating due to Manager reaching out and trying to make it right. Kudos to the GM who is willing to tryThis place is RIDICULOUS! We had an issue with our food being undercooked/overcooked food. They fixed the problem. (This was a few months ago) today we order and go to pick it up, and grab our food and there was no dressing or soup. Ok maybe they forgot it. Nope our of soup. Instead of calling and mentioning it, they waited until we noticed to let us know. Like we would forget all about it. I mean its just soup but it's the point we've given a few chances (other minor issues) but this might be the last time. Maybe the Avon location is better.

Service was very, very slow and forgot straws, napkins, and even silverware. Food was cold when we finally got it. Tables were left uncleared and we never had empty glasses of bread baskets taken off our table.

Me and Bubby went here for dinner it was actually his suggestion.... The food was amazing I even took some leftovers to my Husband ? plus we join the app and got a free

Amazing tasting food and very generous portions. I had the Mahi Mahi and my wife had the half rack of ribs. She ranked them in her top 10%. The dinner rolls were light and delicious. Had dinner again, the ribs were once again wonderful for my wife.

The entire time my family was here a male server was making excuses for the wait with one of his tables. He was very loud and constantly stating that he is new. He wasn't my server thankfully! The lemonade was very weak and watered down. I had a Caesar salad that I was not able to eat because the dressing was sour. Positive note... Chicken Tortilla Soup was good!

The manager, Rachelle - and our server, Jaci were absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in the door, Rachelle greeted us and we were seated immediately! And our shared love of Batman has made us instant best friends!! The food was wonderful, the staff is wonderful!! Couldn’t have asked for better!! Thank you, Rachelle and Jaci :)The Taylor Family!!

It was my Husband birthday. When we first went in there was no one to greet us or seat us for a minute. He ordered steak and chicken tenders. His steak was so tough he couldn’t hardly cut it. They did take that off the bill. The restaurant itself was so dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. This is why we don’t eat out.
