I wish I could give them a 0-star, they don’t even deserve 1-star. My husband and I just drove in there 20+ min. to eat because their online hours say 10:30am-10:30pm. We got in there and ordered and at 4:55 were told they don’t do dine-in until 5:00 and couldn’t take our order. So they turned down our service and refused to take our order because a 5 min. time difference of their made-up (which the manager says this time is based on the manager discretion whether they take orders or not) dine-in time policy. Completely ridiculous. Turn down customers for your fake time policy.

Customer serive was horrible. I awaited for 20+ mins in the lobby for someone to come out. I then to looks in the kitchen and decided to knock on the door to let the worker know I was here. Once I paid for my order I told him thank you and have a nice day, he replied " I will when you leave here". Terrible Customer service but the food was good

Picked up a personal pan lunch deal. Pizza was OK asked if I could use the parm cheese shakers and red peppers on pizza b4 I left and the lady told me no I can buy the packets for 1.00 lol. The chicken wings soaks thru the side of box I guess stupid combo. Didn't taste very good most likely will not eat out no more.

Ordered delivery. Order arrived with items missing. When I reached out to at least get a partial refund for the missing items, they owner just responded and essentially said sorry we're bad we'll pass along your feedback. This place has been awful for several years now and I rarely eat there as a result. Nothing is changing with the feedback and I won't be back if they are just going to steal money from people with poor service and quality.

Very disappointed with the service. On 06/21/2024 i ordered a pizza for delivery about an hour before close. I got an estimated time of 30 to 35 mins. At 10:55 an hour later i recived a phone call stateing that they were closing, nobody has came to pick up my order to deliver it. My food was done but nobody to deliver it. I dont have a vehicle currently thus why i ordered it.to be delivered to me. Very disappointing to say the least. Pizza Hut used to be my go to pizza place. Not anymore

My thin crust Supreme pizza or breadsticks weren't hot/warm. Had to microwave both. I haven't tried the pasta dish yet but I'm sure it will need heated as well. The drunk I ordered wasn't with the delivery driver so I was short that! Very disappointing!!
