My thin crust Supreme pizza or breadsticks weren't hot/warm. Had to microwave both. I haven't tried the pasta dish yet but I'm sure it will need heated as well. The drunk I ordered wasn't with the delivery driver so I was short that! Very disappointing!!

This place sucks and has since it moved from Mooresville. The GM and manager both suck and HQ doesn’t care that’s why Pizza will eventually go out of business. Take your business to Monical’s in Avon.

All food was fresh and quality tasting. My well done pizza was cooked perfectly instead of just an extra minute they gave it enough time to darken crust and crisp pepperoni.
You order at the front counter, and they bring it to you. They didn't have silverware because of covid..you can't cut pizza with a spork.? Bring a jacket, it is cold in the there, but better yet get it to go.

At this point I'll probably never return. Pizza so tough the dog didn't want it. We ordered two types of wings. About a teaspoon of sauce on the one set and a whole bottle on the other. Not to mention the alien looking piece of chicken that was served to us. Even the iconic bread sticks were super tough. It's a shame how much pizza hut has dropped off the last ten years. Used to be the best.

Sometimes this location is spot on with my orders I place on the app. Other times it's terrible!! I ordered a large pizza for carry out ($9.99 special). After adding pan crust for an additional $2.00 and extra cheese for $3.29 my total was $16.55 for a carry out order. It was a large cheese pizza. That's outrageous! Why does Pizza Hut charge you for pan crust? And why is extra cheese $3.29? Stupid! The last time we ordered we got a large cheese pizza (pan crust with extra cheese) and a large specialty pizza (meat lovers) for $15.99. The cheese pizza was great! (My daughter said) but the meat lovers pizza was not! I paid the extra for the pan crust but when we got home it was hand tossed AND under cooked! $40.00 for 2 large pizzas?? Lost money there! Pizza Hut used to be the best pizza place ever!! It's insane to me why they charge extra for pan crust. These extra few bucks for cheese I understand but not that much. Come on Pizza Hut! Give us a break!

Food was good. The lady that took our orders was very good and friendly. First time I had been to Pizza Hut for many years. Would have rated higher but was surprised, especially on Veteran's Day, that we were the only customers in the building. Found out most of their business is now delivery. Also, I had to order at the counter. We had to ask for silverware. Also found out that even though my daughter lives about 2 miles away, they won't deliver to her house. If I go bac, it will be for carry out only.

I will say that Pizza Hut replaced the order that door dash did not deliver. I appreciate that. Door dash gave me a run around did not deliver although I paid a tip and delivery charge. I also DID NOT CHOOSE doordash and I am upset with this. Had I known it would not be a pizza hut delivery driver then I would NOT have ordered period. DOOR DASH IS VERY BAD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVER.
