as i sit here in this sonic parking lot i realize i will never NEVER be returning. don’t come to sonic unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get your food . as im sitting here writing this review i have seen 5 cars in the drive thru get there food and leave … what about me?! NOTHING never coming back to this disgusting restaurant. your service is absolutely terrible and your food is mid , not worth a 30 minute wait. i’m about to go in there and make my own food and i guarantee i could make it faster than those idiots

The drinks here are always great but the food not so much. Almost every time I've ordered food from here there is something wrong with it. They charged me for sauce that they didn't even bother to give me. One of the worst places I've ever gone to for food would not recommend this place. Save your money and go else wear this place sucks.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. I waited in line for a full 10 minutes, only to be disappointed yet again with burnt fries served alongside my meal. It's disappointing because every time I've dined here, the quality of the food has been consistently poor. I genuinely don’t understand how such a persistent issue can occur without any improvements being made. It seems like there’s a critical need for better management and a more efficient operating system to ensure that customers receive the quality they deserve. If these issues can't be addressed, perhaps it's time to consider closing the restaurant for good. This ongoing problem is simply unacceptable!

I had been sitting in the parking lot waiting for over 20 minutes just for pickle fries and onion rings. The person we had talked too was very irritated.
We literally waited an hour for our food before leaving and not getting the food. Only 4 cars in total at the sonic the entire time we were there. This should be 0 stars

Well we set here for 30 minutes waiting on someone to take our order then we said the heck with it and tried the drive thru 10 minutes later still wasn't able to place an order this place has went down hill drastically we will not waste our time coming back here

On line or app ordering is awful! Placed order at roughly 12:30pm to pick up at 6:15 pm. Arrived at 6:10, announced arrival, got order at 6:49pm! Food cold, fries limp. Employee was very apologetic and cordial stating they were understaffed. I saw 2 employees, 7 cars in drive-in stalls, 6 cars in drive thru and 2 cars in app ordering stalls (including me). Manager: how can you expect 2 employees to handle all this? I'm surprised those 2 haven't closed up and walked out! If employees call off from their shift, it seems to be managements responsibility to make sure they are covered. If more employees are needed, best be hiring. I have always loved this Sonic location and go often, but this type service is unacceptable.

2 weeks in a row the food was awful last week it was cold and took a hour and 20 minutes to receive order ! Then tonight ordered a chili cheese coney dog with fries and chili cheese tots they forget the fries and tots and send mozzarella cheese sticks I won't be back.
