Ordered two milkshakes and waited 35 minutes. Never got them. We pressed the button for help in the stall and it lit up, then turned off after a few minutes. We pressed the button again and had the same result.
We left the restaurant without the items we paid for and when we try to call the restaurant, its a busy tone and doesnt even ring.
This happened today, 06/19/2025. The order was placed at 7:31pm and we chose to leave at 8:05pm.
Seeing other similar reviews, we would love a refund but you cant get them to help you!

Absolute crap service. I ordered a drink and they couldn’t get it right then just refuse to answer the red button. Silly me for waiting 34 minutes until driving off. Hope ya liked the review ya begged for.

No music... Got blt, and the bacon was a bunch of burnt crumbles of bacon the size of a half dollar on my sandwich. For 3.99! Tots were amazing! No condiments were given, and customer service could have been more lively.

Kitchen is always filthy have to go inside to.pick up orders not once has it ever appeared to be clean or sanitary employees are rude.

Was really impressed with the whole experience. The order kiosks for the drive in feature was new. Parking lot was clean though. Server was attentive and kind and the food was markedly better than last time I ate at a Sonic. Kudos!

I don't know if the worker was having a bad day or something but when I placed my order for drinks(dirty dr.pepper and root beer) so told me my total and I pulled up to the window before I could even get a word out of my mouth she shut the window on me,she came back with 3 cups of ice and I told her that is not what I ordered she slammed the window closed again,the manger came to fix the mistake and when I was telling the manager what I ordered she slammed the window again on me when I was mid sentence. I don't mind waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks mostly because I go to sonic every other day for a dirty dr.pepper.

My daughter was just there. she ordered one meal and two other sandwiches. NONE of the sandwiches were correct. I think they took their phone off the hook, because it has rang busy for twenty minutes. I guess that's one way to get all food wrong and now hear about it.

as i sit here in this sonic parking lot i realize i will never NEVER be returning. don’t come to sonic unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get your food . as im sitting here writing this review i have seen 5 cars in the drive thru get there food and leave … what about me?! NOTHING never coming back to this disgusting restaurant. your service is absolutely terrible and your food is mid , not worth a 30 minute wait. i’m about to go in there and make my own food and i guarantee i could make it faster than those idiots

The drinks here are always great but the food not so much. Almost every time I've ordered food from here there is something wrong with it. They charged me for sauce that they didn't even bother to give me. One of the worst places I've ever gone to for food would not recommend this place. Save your money and go else wear this place sucks.
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. I waited in line for a full 10 minutes, only to be disappointed yet again with burnt fries served alongside my meal. It's disappointing because every time I've dined here, the quality of the food has been consistently poor. I genuinely don’t understand how such a persistent issue can occur without any improvements being made. It seems like there’s a critical need for better management and a more efficient operating system to ensure that customers receive the quality they deserve. If these issues can't be addressed, perhaps it's time to consider closing the restaurant for good. This ongoing problem is simply unacceptable!

I had been sitting in the parking lot waiting for over 20 minutes just for pickle fries and onion rings. The person we had talked too was very irritated.
