So I thought I was just ordering a medium Dr Pepper, but apparently I paid for a glorified ice bucket with a splash of soda pretending to be a drink. Like, did they think I wanted a chilly nap instead of a refreshment? The cup was basically 2/3 ice. I’m not trying to chew my beverage here.
And get this, they have the audacity to say no refills. No refills?! What is this, a tea party? Every other fast food place (Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Wendy’s) hands those refills out like candy on Halloween, but here? Nope.
Save your coins and your dignity. Go somewhere that actually respects your thirst and your wallet. Because this place? It’s basically charging you for ice with a sprinkle of disappointment on top.

This is my third time here and they are always super consistent. I came through the drive-through tonight about 6:18 PM and Courtney was absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely busy but she was so kind over the speaker and honestly just made me feel great with everybody being in a rush these days I totally get it, but Courtney took the time to just have a little conversation and sometimes that's all it takes.. keep up the great work I see you and appreciate you. Thanks so much, Courtney.

Just not what it used to be - corn dogs were microwaved, chocolate syrup was awful. Used to love this place. All the fast food joints have really taken a nosedive since covid - adding these goes to the long no-fly list.

I went through the drive up section, ordered my food. I also ordered a oreo cheesecake shake, because I love oreo. I obviously can’t drink it right away, so I just set it in the back because I ordered multiple things. The recipe said oreo cheesecake, but I ended up getting strawberry cheesecake. I was already back at my hotel when I realized, so I wasn’t going back, but I threw it away because I hate strawberry flavored things.

I got a corn dog, small mozzarella sticks, coney dog and a peach slushy. My cheese was hard in my mozzarella sticks, my corn dog was over cooked and tasted old like it had been sitting forever, the money dog was meh, alright I guess... for as long as it took all the food should have been fresh. My peach slushy was the only good thing about my meal.

I wish I could give more than one star overall, but unfortunately, this store is slower than slow. We order drinks and maybe a small amount of food on a weekly basis. Usually, it's only drinks, though. Even when I order WELL in advance through the app, it often takes a half an hour or MORE to get just drinks! If I have food on the order, it will take even longer. The staff are always kind and are usually younger high school students, so I can't blame them for everything. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, a logistics issue, or just a poorly ran establishment, but I don't know what the problem is, and unless it's rectified soon, I won't be back.

Apparently they don't do the late night happy hour at this location anymore. Would've been nice to know before I waited in the drive-thru line forever. *This place is SO slow.* My order didn't come up on the screen and when I asked for my total the girl just didn't answer me. So, it was a shock when I got to the window and discovered that I was being charged almost $20 for two small and two med shakes. Ridiculously expensive. I came expecting the half off deal and it was a huge let down.

Never go there and today reminded me why. 1.) Speaker at the drive in stall was inaudible, worker could not hear / understand loud verbal exchange. 2.) Coupon totally threw them off. Manager walked out to clarify which order was ours. Placed our order on stall 4, but he couldn't distinguish it from 30 other orders. 3.) Wife had to go bang on store door to clear up after coupon pricing. Couldn't access anyone from scrappy box w scrappy speaker.
Reminded me of drive in theaters of days gone by.
Won't be back anytime soon. 😳
