One of the slowest Starbucks!! There are so many employees and orders still take way too long compared to other Starbucks. Most employees are just standing around doing nothing and there are orders to be made and bagged. It is so frustrating. Provide better and faster service and stop allowing employees to just stand around doing nothing.

I'm from out of state and just here visiting family. I mobile ordered to be quick, and chose the drive thru as I was still in my PJs. I arrive and the DT line is wrapped around the building, almost out to Windfall. I decided to just get comfortable because based on my experiences at various other Sbux, I was gonna be there a while.
They cleared that line in no time. From the time I arrived to the time I had my order was about 5 minutes. From speaker to leaving the window was probably a minute, maybe a minute and a half. Then, the two partners I interacted with were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy. On top of all that, my order was exactly right. 3 drinks, 3 breakfast sandwiches, and a pastry, so not huge but not small and more room for error.

Was not inviting could be the time of day or they were having an event. I didn't know who was who and I was specific about a receipt but didn't get it.
Will visit again to see if it was just that day that 🤔 was out of place.
can’t even get any orders right. went in and order white hot chocolates only to get regulars even though it says white on the sticker. how hard is it to read?? like it specifically says what i ordered- how are you gonna mess something simple too?

All our drinks were great, but they did wait until we were at the window and already paid to tell us they were out of things so we couldn’t take it off our bill we just had to substitute with something we didn’t want.
