There was a young lady who was making my sub and they had the lids up to where we couldn’t see what the food looks like. But when she was making my sub, the lettuce looked so brown. Everything looks so old will never go there again. The young lady could not stay off her phone.

Worst service ever! Hiring young kids, who want to play, out of condiment, they didn't even toast the sandwiches correctly. It was horrible! Our sandwiches was a chicken bacon ranch only it was raw and not toasted, and no bacon I asked the kids several times. And a chicken teriyaki not toasted, and no sweet onion sauce or mayo. And all the kids wanted to do was play second time.

My wife went to this Subway today at 1pm. No one at the counter and had to press a buzzer to get the young man to come out. He was wearing ear buds and talking to a call which is very rude. Lettuce was nearly out and peppers were turning brown. Seems like could have been working on replenishing the toppings rather than sitting in the back room on his phone. Although the other reviews are a bit dated, seems like the franchise owner/manager doesn’t manage his business very well.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. They are supposed to close at 9 but want to claim they’re closed when I go at 8:30. If it was 8:50 8:55 I would be a little more understanding. Poor service. Rude employee. Seems to be they just don’t want to work. Don’t waste your time here.

I would give the service -5 stars. Apparently if they mess up your sandwich you have to pay to get it fixed when you come back. What a joke. Don’t waste your time or money here

I put in an online order for two subs that were exactly the same. One was the correct sub. The other was so messed up that I have no idea what kind of sub I got. Both were extremely light on the toppings. I’ve learned my lesson to not order from here even if it’s more convenient and stick to the Subway in front of Meijer next time.

Went there today and the service was horrible the girl at the counter was on her phone and didn't even look up till 2 other employees came from the back. I got a steak n cheese and the lady only put one and half of meat on my sub, also the toppings was gone I asked did they have any roast beef and she was like no we don't have any right now. There turkey was out, banana peppers was out. It was awful. The worst experience EVER!

infested with flies! they let a fly crawl on my sandwich (literally at that point it was only cheese and bread i’d understand if it was a whole sandwich made i wouldn't want to waste that either) and instead of offering a new piece of bread they just shooed it away. also the girl behind the counter basically ignored me and waited for the oven to finish two other sandwiches before asking me which vegetables i want.
