Ordered on line on the evening of January 9th picked up food got home and the burgers were raw. This is the second time this has happened at this location. How you can undercook a paper thin piece of meat is beyond me. I called and spoke to the manager she was very kind and said she refunded my entire 70$ order well 10 days later and no refund and can't get a call back to rectify the situation. I'm out 70$ and after 2 times of discusting food I no longer will drive the 30 minutes to this location( nearest one)

Today this place was a joke it was busy but that is no excuse for the rude manager that was working today in there all I done was ask if they had my cheeseburger because I was still waiting for my one double cheeseburger when people behind me already had there food and she can back with a smart remark back at me that I didn’t appreciate it at all. I was not rude to here at all was just curious about my order. I will have to rethink about going in there ever again the cheeseburger was not made the way I ordered it so they don’t listen or read their order board right. There was no coke in the machine and there was no flavoring for any of the sodas. Just a really bad experience all around

I was waiting on a doordash order and their ordering system went down. I was waiting for a bit, but the staff were very friendly and easy to work things out when the system came back up. Overall, very good service. Especially considering I was at Taco Bell not too long ago waiting for the same exact thing and couldn't get any help from the staff.

White castle has never been the same for years. Growing up I use to love it, always hot which white castle was known for. But it hasn't been like that for years now, food is never hot fries are cold and greasy. I think the problem is they make so many ahead of time and I want to know why they don't steam them like they use to.

Arrived at the Camby location at 1:43 am on Sunday morning November 2nd. Ordered 10 white castles and a 5 piece cheese stick, was told that they were only doing burgers and fries, the manager was very rude about it. If you are going to be open 24 hours you should be serving what’s on the menu.
