Bottom of bun was soggy and they forgot my French fries. Be sure to double check your order before pulling away. On the bright side the chicken rings were good and crispy and I got the sauced I asked for.
I downloaded the app so that I could order and pick up the food as I set out on a roadtrip. I loved the ease of being able to order and pay online so that the order would be waiting when I got there. The parking lot is pretty tight but since it wasn't a busy time, we had no issues getting a spot. The issue was when we presented our online order and was told that we still owed just over $6. I order online all the time and pay in advance. I show the female working the register (who also appeared to be the manager) my online receipt. Her first response was that, "maybe my card didn't have enough money on it." Well it was my debit card and that wasn't the case. I showed her, this is the total, that's what I paid and I'm not sure why your total for the same order would be more than mine. Clearly, there had to be a glitch in their system somewhere. I've never had this type of issue before but I'm also not going to pay more when I've paid the total. I was never argumentative or anything I just simply pointed out that I paid the total I was given and I had the receipt on my phone for her to see. She said nastily, "well I'll figure it out." While knocking over the cups for the drinks. I did not appreciate the poor customer service. However, I was given everything as I ordered it and for the original price I paid. The inside of the restaurant appeared clean and there was plenty of seating. I tend to order and pay online for pickup so depending on if I'm willing to take that chance again will decide if I return or not.

Excellent Food, my Sausage Breakfast Slider, I choose the Jalapeño Cheese, And Boom! this one was the best. The cheese is NOT your mellow Sunday Church Lady Spicy, No No... this was Boom Spicy Hot, I mean just right!
