I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

Ordered online a week ago for 10:45 AM pick up. No one was there and no one answered phone. Left at 10:55 , still no one there. Have called repeatedly for a refund but they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve waited for over 5 mins and still no one answers. Try to call between 2-3 pm, hoping that is a slow time for them. Still nothing
As I wrote this , I’ve been on hold for 9 minutes!

Order is never ready during the slotted time they provide. When you arrive, they argue with you about whether it's your order or not. Don't get their veggies, buy some at the grocery store instead. Matter of fact, avoid this location overall

Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

I’m so over their completely soggy fries with zero seasoning. If I ask for well done fries, they’re so hard you can’t even chew them. If I ask for extra seasoning, it’s like they try to punish you for asking by dumping the whole container of seasoning.

Never ordering from here again. I’ve tried so many times.
