Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.

first of all- the place is filthy, the tables hadn’t been bused and the ones that were empty- hadn’t been wiped down from the prior customer. secondly- not a single person wore gloves that was in the food prep areas. all were bare handed. one was scratching his beard and another picked something that looked like a scab on his forearm. thirdly- we ordered meal as dine-in, waited well over 30+ minutes then saw a group that came in after us get their dine-in meal before us so I asked how much longer on ours, was told 2 mins and then was handed our food in a to-go bag. when we decided to just take it home instead, the lady that cashed us out asked why we weren’t staying to eat it here and I told her the long wait time and we ordered it as dine in but since it was already bagged, we were just going to leave. she said it was because the kitchen staff were new. lastly- I ordered garlic parm wings that barely had any parm whatsoever and my boyfriend ordered mango habanero and the sauce job was very lacking. adding photos for reference.

This location sucks. Employees don't even acknowledge you. Orders always take twice as long as they should. Just watched one of the employees open mouth cough over all the fries without even attempting to cover his mouth. Disgusting...

The employees seem like they are trying, and the location is still rather new. With that said, this location needs someone (a crew) with more experience. No matter what time of day I order, the chicken is overcooked to the point it is inedible.

Employees don't even acknowledge you when you try to order at the counter. This was my 3rd time trying this location. Food then takes forever, so don't be in a hurry to get in/out. Won't be back.

Me and my wife stopped here to grab some lunch the other day. She got the 5 piece chicken tenders plain with the fries and a drink and I got the 5 piece chicken tenders with the Louisiana rub and the Louisiana voodoo fries and everything tasted great we will definitely be back

Had a to go order, when we went to get it there was literally no customer service at all, half the people in the store had orders thay were made wrong, when we grabbed our food the seal tag was busted and you could tell someone opened it, they told us it was an accident and that the food was fine. It wasn't fine our chicken wasn't even cooked through, then our fries were either burnt to a crisp or so huge and uncooked lol! I've never had issues with wing stop before I think it's this particular location. Won't be back ever again.

we were told they were to backed up to take any more orders. How do you tell a customer who has come in to eat where only 3 tables had patrons and you tell a paying customer they can't order food!!!!

Poor quality and rude service. I placed a corporate order a week in advance and it still was late and the staff had an attitude about it.

Food was horrible, chicken was flavorless, sauce was flavorless, everything tasted like 1% sauce 99% water. I’ve never had worse chicken than this before. This has to be one of the worse chicken spots in Indiana better yet America. Good reviews must be paid reviews because this was a first time try and last time try for me.
