Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ive been to the camby locations several times without any real issues. We always had to wipe down a table because there were no clean ones but the people were nice enough and the food was good. Today I asked for honey mustard with my chicken sandwich meal and they told me I had to pay extra for it now. I guess only certain meals warrant a free sauce. It's stupid. I'd pay for "extra" sauces but it should come with one. O well. Chick fillet is better anyways and I can still get my free sauce?

I've never left a review before now. Initially the service was good, the girl at the counter took our order with zero issues. She accidentally forgot to get my peach tea which was no big deal. But when I went to ask for it I'm assuming someone that was her friend cut in front of me and the two started gossiping and showing each other pictures on their phones while me and another person was waiting in line. Whenever I finally got the chance to ask she got it for me with no problem. Whenever my order was ready someone that I assume was her boyfriend was playing around at the front counter and tried grabbing my tray of food without realizing I was right there waiting to grab it. I've worked customer service for years so I'm always doing my best to be patient with the people that do today. But that customer service was awful. It isn't a playground or a get together spot for the employees and their friends.

Edit: I want to clarify I've been to this location multiple times. I didn't just eat once and automatically decide if wasn't for me. The service has been poor in the past but this was the cherry on top for me. I don't think I'll be coming back.

We came here just for my brother- he really wanted a Mr. Beast Box- and we saw one on our car ride! It was delicious! We were pulling a camper and were able to park at the Walmart across the street and walk into the restaurant! There was no wait and the service was great! I live in Pennsylvania and unfortunately don’t have one near where I live- but if I did I would go there so much!

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to some fruits and I was fine.

Parking: Not very many parking spots in their parking lot, but big Walmart parking lot across the street.

Kid-friendliness: Many options on the menu- any kids (even picky kids) would probably love the food!

So this was our first time here l, and I am honestly hard pressed to remember a worst dining experience. We waited over 30 min for our food. The staff is completely unmotivated and the customer service is completely absent. Definitely won't be coming back.
