good food but TERRIBLE service will out weigh that every time. waited for almost a hr overall for large shakes and the OWNER brought out extra small shakes because they didnt have large lids and the owner never even looked at us let alone say anything...but we were charged for larges still. wasnt worth the wait and this sorry excuse for a buisness will never see my money again

I frequently stop in for ice cream, soup, or a salad. My most recent visit was wonderful, as usual, and my cousin and I were quite impressed at the size of the chef salad, and the fresh, crisp vegetables.

I was told long ago how good the food was, that was at the drive inn up the road. Heard they had opened a new location so I was going to try it while I was in the area. I had chili dog with Cole slaw added and fries, water to drink. Grandson had cheeseburger kids meal with fries and a sweet tea. All the food was good, famous? No. Pricey, a bit. Almost $20 with tip. Service was very good, but there was only 1 other person eating, but a birthday party in the party room. The atmosphere was 50s style decor with oldies rock playing.

2 cheese burgers 1 was dressed 2 fries I med Pepsi 1 med shake 2 tiny containers of baked beans. $31 The fries were crispy but had no flavor. The beans tastes straight out the can but warm. The burgers had no flavor even dressed . All I tasted was the mayo... The staff was friendly, the place was clean, service was quick but the meals we got... Had no flavor. We were just driving thru the area. So we did not go back and complain.

I will be surprised if this place makes it unless they make some serious changes. First off I will say this place is well decorated and the food was good. Walking in the door, there we no signs telling you where to go, we wandered around until we found the actual dining room. We sat down and waited probably 10 minutes until someone came to take our drink order. They said they were busy but there were only 4 other tables occupied. Others came in confused as I was sat down and they left before they were waited on. We left our cash on the table and left because our waitress never came back to cash us out.

I have been looking forward to trying Wall’s forever and I finally had the chance today. My son and I came in and sat at a table because the sign in front said to seat yourself. The decor was so cute. I absolutely loved the feel. The dining room seemed very clean and well kept. We sat and waited and no one came to the table. I noticed people around us had food so I asked someone sitting near us if we had to go up and order. She said no, they will come to your table. I saw a waitress walking around serving and taking orders. We waited about 15 minutes before my kiddo started getting antsy. So we left and went somewhere else. It’s a shame too. We both were really excited. Maybe it was an off day? If you are wanting to try Wall’s and you have kids, I would recommend ordering ahead of time instead of dining in. You might have better luck that way.

The girls getting ice cream weren’t very friendly or polite either. But other than the service, everything was great!

Visiting from out of town and stopped in after local recommendation. I had smashburger, battered fries (amazing) and twist soft serve. The staff was attentive and polite. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
