“I work at the prison in Carlisle, I travel from Washington indiana. While I was in training, me and other guys ate here on our lunch break. Great food and great people. It's a ma and pa style buffet restaurant. These places are hard to find anymore. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will be stopping in to eat this week on my lunch break.“

“We were in the area and wanted to try a local mom and pop spot to have lunch. We love to go where the locals frequent any place we are. We were greeted with smiles right away. We were told about the specials, and one was FREE ice cream every Monday. I added a photo of the salad bar, but that’s the only photo I snapped of our food. I piled the salad high on that plate, and the grilled cheese burger on Texas toast was very tasty. My wife’s beef Manhattan had well seasoned beef and that good brown gravy! Mmmmm The bill came and I didn’t have to cringe! Great value for the food, service, and atmosphere! Well done Kat A Korner! We will return one day!“

“No that's where you are wrong. No one is racist that goes to or works at the bar. ?Plenty of different races go in and out of there and have a good time. They just don't put up stupidity with anyone don't matter who you are, what color you are, what gender you are or want to be. Everyone is respectful as long as they get respect. Sorry they were taught, you treat people the way you would want to be treated. Wanna act like an animal we will treat you like one, you wanna act like a respectful person they will treat you like one. They treat people like family there.. most people that go there Love it.. but, you can have your own opinion like everyone else.To bad every bad review that's on here they have never step a foot in the place.
