1832 Brew Espresso Bar

Cute cultured classy and cool nitrogen ice cream and cold brew corner in the heart of Carmel, I got a butterscotch cold brew served right up by a lovely staff. She also worked the magic for others making ice cream and many other drinks during my stay. I miss real ingredients like crafted scratch made syrups but the overall taste was very decent. Glad to have generous street parking times, easy access to a variety of top shops on this street, and can easily recommend this place and its chill atmosphere. I personally like Bovaconti and The Well slightly more for this area but can easily support the brews here too!

Ordered a iced spiced dirty (one shot for me) chai with oat milk and it was the perfect mixture of sweet and savory for me. I wish, I was local so that I could come back for more chai drinks in the future.

I placed an order with DoorDash & when I say one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.. I mean it! It came hot and was packed tight full of flavor. I also got an iced coffee that was good, just a bit sweet for me. I’ll try something new next time I order but great first try!

I stopped in here yesterday for the first time to enjoy some coffee and read a book. I had a butterscotch latte and it was delicious! I loved that this seemed to be a family-run operation and everyone in the family was working. One of the kids was bringing the drinks out to people. This is a great addition to downtown Carmel, and I will definitely be returning.

Super friendly staff mixing up ice cream in just a few seconds by the power of liquid nitrogen.

You have a choice of base custard various other vegan type things. They then sprit some flavor syrups in pour in the liquor mattress in a mix away.

It's like ice cream and a little show!

I had a butter pecan dolce leche custard mix that was excellent.

Very sweet! I have ordered from a few times recently with people I work with. The london fog is very, very good every single time. Just like anything else though, mistakes happen but it was correct this time around off of one slight mention.

Cute coffee shop in the cutest area of Carmel! Their lattes are definitely on the sweet side but the sizes are large and it’s still good

Absolutely amazing dirty vanilla chai

Decided to try a new coffee spot, the woman working was very rude and disrespectful. Had to order 2 different times because the woman had an earbud in and couldn’t hear my first order. Plenty of other places in Carmel that will greet you and give you a better experience . Not very welcoming or inviting coming in. The young lady customer service was terrible!

Given we were the only three people in the shop, it took over 20 mins for three terrible tasting drinks. The kids at the counter were more interested in flirting with each other than actually taking our orders.

Ordered online, due to some snag with the receipt my drink wasn't ready, but they prepared it within a couple minutes. The Italian soda was amazing, but just a heads up that they do offer specials that sound pretty good that might not be on the ordering app! Also, they share a shop with Sub-Zero, there's a sign for both!

Updating review from 4 to a 2 after a couple more visits. Same drink each time, but not the same quality/taste. The first one was really good, but since then the water has a weird aftertaste and whipped cream is dependent on the Barista, if you want it be sure to say so. Also, I asked general menu questions, as in what certain drinks were but they either answer with " I don't even know if we have that anymore" or while reading the menu, the flavors that are included in the title, not what the drink actually is. Definitely have room to improve on service, consistency, and taste!
