As long as their bathroom situation is the worst in central Indiana they will be one of the worst bars. 30 min wait. But actually, it is more than that. They are one of the most marked up places in central Indiana as well for such shitty service and shitty product.

Great place to hang out and grab a drink. The outdoor space is comfortable and has heated seats! The service is excellent and their liquor selection is extensive. The food is a notch above typical pub fare
3up? More like THROW UP. This place has gone down hill food wise. Their truffle fries are a JOKE now. Other than that, great espresso martinis, although they no longer give me 3 beans? Great vibes. Super cool door guy. 3 out of 5 BOOMS

Carmel needs to get in the market of rooftop bars because 3UP has it all figured out. High quality appetizers, endless drink options, and live music all outside! The vibes are immaculate. Wait staff is slow but that’s only because it’s so jam-packed!
