The bartender/server Emily was one of the most kind service workers I have met. She consistently checked in on us throughout the night, engaged in great conversation, and was sooooooo sweet! She’s great! Give her a raise.

Modern bar above Anthony’s Chophouse with upbeat vibe, great cocktails, and limited bar food menu. Charcuterie and flatbreads were really delicious - I would expect about 20% more (quantity) food for the cost and/or cut the flatbread into smaller pieces for sharing (4 individual pieces per order). Generally though, great spot with great service - definitely worth checking it out

3UP Rooftop Lounge is not just a bar you stop at. It is a place you end up staying longer than planned. The atmosphere has a calm but alive energy that makes conversation easier and laughter come naturally. The cocktails are excellent, the views are great, and the space feels intentional rather than loud for the sake of attention.
What really stands out is how balanced it feels. You can be out with friends and still feel present, like the night actually matters. Every visit has felt effortless and memorable, the kind of experience that stays with you after you leave.
Amazing spot. Definitely worth coming back to, clearly worth reviewing, and one of those places that quietly becomes part of your favorite nights.

We had a girls’ night cocktail party at 3UP in December, and it was such a great experience. The lively atmosphere, combined with live music and amazing cocktails, made the night so much fun. The food was the best part of the night. The rooftop area outside was absolutely stunning. This is the perfect spot for an annual girls’ gathering, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

1-Star Review My fiancé and I visited 3UP Rooftop Lounge with friends to watch the Bears-Packers game. Despite the crowded atmosphere, we were hopeful for a good time. Unfortunately, when we asked the staff to switch the game to the Bears, we were met with uncooperative and rude behavior from the manager, who even physically confronted me. In the end, they told us not to worry about paying the bill and just wanted us to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we do not recommend this place to anyone due to their poor staff conduct. I will never go there again and nor will my company ever give them any business in the future.

As long as their bathroom situation is the worst in central Indiana they will be one of the worst bars. 30 min wait. But actually, it is more than that. They are one of the most marked up places in central Indiana as well for such shitty service and shitty product.
