They can accommodate.Between 10 and 150 people.Try the wings, black Manhattan, and theFrites. 3up opens at 5pm Tip.. get there early to get a good spot, but remember the elevator is programmed automatically to allow you access to the 3rd floor at 5 pm, so no getting up there until 5 pm.3up has an awesome view, and it's right by the monon, so you can people watch as you sip on a bubble.

Cute, trendy rooftop bar with live music on the weekends. Waitress very attentive and refilled my soda without me having to ask. Go for the drinks and the vibe. Food wasn’t impressive. My friend got the Mediterranean bowl and the rice was undercooked; chicken tacos and flatbread were not flavorful.

I absolutely love 3Up… but, I hope they figure out how to host a decent New Year’s party. I went one year, bad mistake. Ever since I only hear horror stories to include this year’s party. $125 ticket for a “typical Tuesday” night vibe. Hoping they figure it out ?

This is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. It's seat yourself, but we waited over 15 minutes to be greeted by a server and we only were because we flagged one down. About two minutes after our drinks came out, we were checked on by our server. Obviously we are not chugging like college freshman at a pregame, and aren't ready to order another round. When we are ready, it is yet again impossibly to find a single server, let alone flag the busser down who made direct eye contact with me whilst i had my hand in the air. I understand being busy as it is a friday night, but i have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and would expect any coworker who provided this terrible of service to be fired on the spot. We came here for a simple date night after a long week and our experience was ruined by the god awful service. What a waste of money and time. Absolutely pitiful.

I went here for the first time to see the environment and grab a drink. The outside seating is so relaxing and cute. They have so many areas to sit and enjoy the balcony. The drinks were great, I got the old fashioned! No one brought our check so we just left, (just in case you don’t know, they run a card on a file when you sit down, if you leave without filling out a tip receipt they automatically charge a 20% tip!). Which is convenient if you wanna get out of there without waiting on someone. Next time I want to try out the food menu!
