I had the most delightful drive thru employee. She had such a kind voice and demeanor. I complimented her and she said “I just want everyone to have a great experience”. I did not get her name but in this industry..she should be recognized. It was on 8/8 in Carmel around noon.

i ordered two chicken wraps, one bbq and one honey mustard. the chicken is extremely hard and not edible , tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. this location is going down hill :(
It’s strange to me how different the experience can be between locations. At other area restaurants, I am used to unfriendly staff and subpar as well as overpriced food. While the prices are the same, the quality of the food and friendly staff here is unmatched. Kudos to the staff at this location for their positive attitudes and attention to detail as it relates to food preparation. They are clearly better than other Arby’s restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

I really like Arby's food, but this new ham and swiss sandwich was a bit disappointing. It was very small in diameter, and not much meat either, although it had good flavor. I won't be ordering it again. First time I can recall leaving Arby's still hungry.

Friendliest Arby's in all of Indiana
Service is always fast, good hot and fresh sandwiches. The ham and cheese is my new favorite, but it's hard to turn down an apple turnover!
