Jim makes the BEST baked goods! He brought in some of his homemade pies for PI Day and they were a huge hit! My absolute favorite was the peanut butter pie, amazing!

Appreciated the chance to partner with Baking for Uganda. Jim made custom cookies for a company meeting that were not only intentionally designed but were delicious. It was fun to hear about the mission behind what they are doing to support others with a big heart.

This baker has a ministry to provide support for several children in Uganda for food, clothing, and school. All proceeds go to that ministry. Any baking costs are their out-of-pocket expenses, nothing is kept. They have an extensive menu, but I ordered something not on the menu: 2 loaves of cranberry nut bread. It was provided when specified and it was delicious; soft and moist and not too sweet. My chiropractor recommended them to me and he had ordered Gluten Free Cranberry Bread and he described the GF bread the same way: soft, moist, delicious! You don't hear that often about GF bread. They operate on a voluntary donation basis. Basically, they don't set a price. It's whatever you're led to donate for the item(s) ordered, so please be generous. It's a great cause.

AMAZING GLUTEN FREE GOODIES!! I ordered the gluten free cranberry bread. It was loaded with cranberries and nuts, was super moist and so delicious... I will be going back to try more of his products! We did the donation vs. purchase option. 10/10

Jim made us a variety of flavors of fudge to use as a party favor. It was all very delicious. He is very flexible and is willing to make you whatever you like.

Jim's lemon bars were absolutely wonderful. I shared them with my coworkers as well as my family. The presentation was beautiful. They had fresh light lemon flavor, topped with a lemon slice. 10/10 would order again to support those in Uganda.

Being an English guy living in the US, getting a decent Victoria sponge cake has been like getting blood from a stone…. Wow how things have changed! considering this was the first attempt at making this style, i have to say this would sell in any bakery anywhere in the UK and have a extremely satisfied customers!

This was the best coffee cake and cupcakes I’ve ever had! I will never buy store bought again. Not only was Jim the best but the cause is even better. Thank you!
