Impossible to eat their bagel sandwiches without looking like a sloppy toddler afterwards. I think it’s a combo of too much melted cream cheese on both sides and their bagels being tall. I’ve gotten two sandwiches from here and both times it was actually annoying to eat it and ended up with cream cheese EVERYWHERE. The flavor wasn’t bad but not worth the hassle. I’ve never had this experience elsewhere.

I stopped by the store on Sunday morning for the first time. There were only 2 other customers in the store sitting down, so it wasn’t busy when I arrived. When I walked up to the counter- the employee looked completely miserable, which was a little off putting from the start. I ordered my sandwich and waited for them to make it. Then I headed to the register where a teen was working- no smile, didn’t look happy, etc. The sandwich was $11 plus I gave a tip so I almost spent $13 for a bagel sandwich. It’s one thing if the service was amazing but another when you feel awful vibes at the store and still have to pay that much.

Finally a bagel place in Westfield. I had the Farmer’s egg sandwich on cheddar jalapeño bagel. It was very good. Dark roast coffe also was very good. Service was quick and efficient. Nice outdoor seating.

First time visit to a Barry’s Bagels and it was delish! I was unsure of what to order but the counter staff was super patient with me exploring my likes/dislikes. She did not lead me astray. I loved my vanilla cinnamon swirl bagel topped off with honey brown sugar cream cheese that had just the right level of subtle sweetness without being too sweet. Great food and service…I’ll definitely be back!

I placed my order through the app. The store called to let me know they were out of the bagel I had chosen and asked what I would like as a replacement. Excellent service!

My order should have been ready when I arrived, but it was delayed by more than 15 minutes. They knew it was my order because I asked about it twice, once when I arrived and again 8 minutes later. I was right in front of them. Only one of them handed it to me, and that was because I asked for it. It's not my fault that the manager questioned them about the delay. I wasn't rude. But why should I have to put up with their bad attitude due to their mistakes?

The best bagels in north Indy area. We took a dozen home and have been enjoying them immensely throughout our visit. We will be back!

Ordered a pastrami bagel sandwich and the bagel was resembling a hockey puck. Completely burnt on top and bottom and the pastrami was so rubbery that I couldn’t bite through it.

Very inefficient staff with over 5 people behind the counter and it took them 10 minutes to be able to provide napkins when they ran out.

Will not be coming back to Barry Bagel again.

Food is amazing. There needs to be a more efficient system in making sandwich's. The store in Dayton was so much quicker. Many of the employees look like they are going out of there way to not do anything even when there is a long line. There is one girl who’s always working that does absolutely nothing every time we’ve been there. Even with the food being really good customers will not put up with this poor service.

This morning my husband ran to get bagels and coffee. This was the first time we have tried this place. Upon entering he said it was a mess. The employees didn't know how to ring the bagel up. they also had him get the half n half for the coffee we ordered. Which we found odd. Simple cold brew with half n half. once he got it home and we started eating we noticed our mouths felt super greasy and the taste was just off. Definitely could of been a bad day for them but I would advise not going there.
