When customers order from DoorDash, the ice cream/shakes needs to be in a bag stapled. Not out in the open, covered. Customers don’t know if their ice cream or shake being tampered with. Is for our safety.

The owner was so kind and even offered to give ice cream to a young boy who didn’t have enough money for his ice cream. On top of that she is the only person who carries my favorite ice cream. Bubblegum ice cream!

Ordered an ice cream cake (11/1) for my son's birthday (11/2). I ordered it 24 hours in advance online (so this WASN'T a rush job). I selected an Oreo Ice Cream Cookies & Scoops cake (see pic from website). What I got was Cookies and Cream all right (chocolate cake w/ c&c ice cream inside just like I ordered)...but with scoops of bright colored SHERBET on top! Sherbet was even sandwiched in between the Oreo cookies on top. My husband said one of the flavors tasted like daiquiri ice. I'm sure one of them is bubble gum (although I was not gonna try it!). It was disgusting! Who the hell would put sherbet on this cake? It wasn't my request. It was THEIR choice! They could have chosen ANY flavor of actual ICE CREAM to put on top (peanut butter cup, gold medal, vanilla, chocolate, heck even I don't know, COOKIES & CREAM!) and I wouldn't have been nearly as mad. I couldn't even put candles on it and take pics. We went out ASAP and got a replacement from somewhere else, one that didn't include sherbet! Yeah, my husband picked up the cake and he didn't look at it. We learned that lesson the hard way. But I NEVER would have expected what I saw in that box. And the store was too far to drive back and return it. It's simply inexcusable. It takes just one BIG screw up and you've lost any future bday cake business from us.

Poor hygiene, There are young boys on counter. They don't wear gloves . They are touching ice-cream bear hand. No one to manage them. Very unhygienic.

Very rude manager and the hygiene in this place is pretty low. We witnessed the manager licking the scraper after she decorated the ice cream cake put the cake in a box and went to another project with out washing her hands! The place had tons of boxes covering the restroom, so if a customer wants to use the restroom they wont be able to. The place seemed really dated too. I’m surpaured that this was Baskin Robins. The ice cream tasted good though and the other staff were friendly and welcoming.
Ordered via telephone and gave cake maker license to decorate. Thank you for the beautiful cake!

Very busy but service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Came all the way from Greenfield for Love Potion. OMG it is heaven. Ask if you don't see something. Thank you for getting it from the back for me.
