I have never had a bad experience here. The warmth of the workers serving a delicious cold treat is unmatched! You can tell the young teens love working for the owner. She is always so kind to them and she is the reason we keep coming back. There hasn't been a time that I've gone there and she wasn't working! She remembers everyone and is kind. She works her butt off! This is the only ice cream shop in Hamilton county open this late, even with their winter hours! And the service is just as good no matter what time of day you visit!

Baskin Robbins is without a doubt the best place on the face of this earth. 31 flavors more like 31 reasons to go to this place. The workers are always very kind, almost like they are angels that have descended from the heavens. The owner, Jenny, is incredibly sweet and friendly, and does her job indubitably. As someone who has tried every single flavor, there is not a single one I do not recommend because they got rid of the only ones I don’t like. 31/10. Do not skip out on this place if you have the chance to visit.

Jenny (their manager) is always so nice & friendly to everyone who comes through her door—ready with a smile and a kind word. Her staff is much the same way which isn’t surprising as they are usually a reflection of the management. Especially in the summertime, or really anytime, ice cream is a real treat and this shop never disappoints.
